    As a Brony & a Furry this really grinds my gears.
     
     
    The hate and fighting between fandoms (I'm looking at you furry fandom and brony fandom)is just so stupid. Why all the hate? In nearly every statement with the word "furry" in it can be replaced by "brony" and vice versa. There's not much difference to them.
     
    We're both guilty of R34 and a bad media rep. But we've also both done charity work, held our own cons. We both dress up in costumes/fursuits/cosplays. We both make art. We both make videos and music. There's not much difference between the two fandoms other than MLP is based off a TV show and the Furry Fandom is based off of liking Anthropomorphic animals (Disney played a big part), and coming up with their own stories and art.
     
    Both fandoms are known for being socially awkward and having a bad rep and easy to make fun of.You'd think this would pull the two fandoms together, but it doesn't for the most part.

    I don't see a difference either. There are some bronies who take it to the extreme, there are furries who do the same, and you have a
     
    whole wack of people in the middle. The only difference I see is from a creativity stand point. Bronies are (mostly but not all I know) are
     
    fans of pre-existing characters designed by other individuals. Furries (in general, but not always) are fans of their own characters they
     
    design, albeit sometimes they are heavily influenced by other pre-existing characters like the lion king, sonic the hedgehog and so on...
     
    Ya know what, nevermind. There isn't much difference at all, I agree with ya!
     
     
     
    The same can be said for the sonic fandom, pokemon fandom, and other popular fandoms.

    So, the Destiny is pretty much over. I got into it when Bungie announced it being an Open Beta.I hit level 8 Pretty quick. I hit it during the final "boss" (or rather bosses)of the "story". In short it's pretty much Halo,with some Borderlands mixed in and a dash of Call Of Duty.
     
    There's three classes to pick from (though I think there's gonna be more in the full version)..Each having their own special abilities and advantages. Warlock, Titan and Hunter. There's also different races to choose from, human, Exo (Which is robot like) and "Awoken" which are an alien species of sort.
     
    I chose to be an Exo, because Being human is lame and boring...and robots are awesome. (if I play a game and I can be something other than human, I'll gladly take it)
     
     
    The "story" mode plays pretty much Identically to Warframe. You can go solo, or with a "Fireteam".You go through an area...aka a "run" of a certain place, and defeat a boss at the end, get rewards like money armour/weapons..etc.. It got repetitive after awhile. Sometimes you'd find a random weapon,armour piece or engram.(An engram is an encoded thing of sorts, that you then take to someone in "The Tower" to get decrypted and you get a weapon or armour piece.)There's also the odd loot crate you can find....though they don't hold much often.You can also find "dead Ghosts" to revive...not exactly what they were all about...
     
    You can also do a "Free mode" variant of the same area the "story mode" takes place in...and you'll sometimes run across other players battling things. During free mode, random special events can occur, they vary from taking down a huge six legged robot (takes a while to kill, even with 3-4 people) to taking out small drop pods of enemies. You can join in on it or not, it's a completely optional objective. Though the rewards are usually worth it to join in.
     
    Oh yea,when you reach level 3, you unlock a speeder of sorts. Similar to the ones seen in Star Wars....they even sound like them too!
     
    You also have a "Ghost" who's your little floating robotic companion that guides you, summons vehicles for you...and sits over your body when you die, so you can be revived by another player. He kinda reminds me of the "monitor" from Halo.
     
    "Fireteams" is a squad of 3 people.....why there's a limit of 3 for story and freeroam I have no idea...Yet in "the Tower" you can have up to 6 people in your Fireteam....which is only good for fighting in "the Crucible"So if you wanna go play story mode, you basically have to say "sorry, some other time" to your other friends that are in your Fireteam.
     
    The Crucible is where you play PvP. It feels EXACTLY like Halo...it palys pretty much the same...just with Call Of Duty controls.
     
     
    "the Tower"
     
    The tower is a neutral/social place. Where you can buy weapons, and other gear including spacecraft and speeders. You can also team up with other players here, grab bounties(which are basically personal mini challenges you do and you earn rewards)...or just chillax.
     
     
    Overall...it's a neat game....But the Story mode got repetitive...and I'm not a fan of Halo, so I didn't like the Crucible mode much either....
     
    Though, one thing I did like was how you could upgrade certain weapons.Put on different sights you've unlocked...increase the damage. allsorts of stuff. and each weapon is unique upgrade wise. I also like how many different types of guns there are, which is why I say it's like Borderlands...since that game has a bazillion guns in it. Destiny's weapons also have elemental capabilities. Which is always cool. As well as fusion weapons. You can equip up to 3 weapons at a time. 1 primary 1 special and 1 heavy.BUT you can half multiple weapons in your inventory and swap them out at any time. Special weapons being Sniper rifles and shotguns, and variants of those two weapon types.Ammo for them is rather uncommon to find. Heavy weapons consisting of Rocket Launchers and LMGs.though ammo is scarce for them. Primary weapons consist of Pulse rifles, Assault rifles, Handcannons (Revolvers) as well as variants of rifles...such as semi autos (called Scout rifles) and full auto rifles.
     
    Armour is similar to weapons....There's a huge variety of it out there....and some of it even gives you perks such as increased grenade damage, or reduced recoil for certain weapons,or more ammo capacity for certain weapons...the list goes on. In the full version, I imagine it's possible to colour the armour to your liking....as there's an option on most of it to re-colour it since the armour has a special "coating".
     
     
     
    In shot, I probably won't be getting the game...but it was an interesting experience in the start.

    So, I got offered a job today, through a staffing agency I recently applied to.
     
    They expected me to get ready and be out the door TODAY for a job that was 3hrs drive away, in a city called "Cambridge", I would've been carpooling there with others. But I also would've been staying in a hotel with a bunch of strangers, in a city I know nothing about. I'd also be staying there until Friday.
     
     
    I didn't take the job for obvious reasons.
     
    1: Short notice. Like, If I'm gonna be away from home for a week...I'd like some time to plan and pack and stuff..you know? Not being known the day of.
     
    2: The distance. They said it was "out of town" Not Half way across the province. Fuck that.
     
    3: Staying in a hotel with a bunch of strangers. That I've had no previous encounters with... I'm really uncomfortable with that.
     
    4: Very little info was given to me about the details. All they said was I'd be installing solar panels on the roof of some flat roof building, which sounded alright, though they didn't say where in town it was, who I was working for....etc.
     
    5: I would've been making $12 an hour, which is $1 above minimum wage...but not worth it. Not to mention we'd only be getting paid for the time we were on the jobsite, not our whole time being there.....Which when I'm 3hrs away from home,yea...I want compensation.

    Every Year, our town holds an event called "Brits in The Park".Which feature European cars, from Jaguars, to MGs to Mini Coopers and Austin Healeys.and even other rare cars.
     
    Seeming I can only have 10 pics in a blog, I picked the 10 best.

    Went to the Semi-Annual "Barrie Automotive Flea Market" today with my parents. We go to it both times in the Summer/spring and fall. Didn't buy anything though.Not even any good free stuff...Last year I got a free Old school Tonka truck, a Paintball Mask and a couple Cordless Drills.

    I was bored enough...So I rounded up 99.9% of my merch, and took pics of it all. I've posted bits and pieces of it before...but never the whole thing.
     
     
    Took me awhile to round it all up and take pics.
     
    Not sure what I prize the most in it.....Probably all my Fluttershy merch. :blush:As well as my Glow In The Dark Zecora, and BronyCon Exclusive Rarity card. Both of which were given to me by my friend, who was a massive Rarity fan...but he's since lost interest in ponies, and moved away.....So he gave me his collection to me. I know the value of both those items, and I have no intention AT ALL of selling them. They remind me of him. He also gave me the "I <3 Ponystep" shirt, the Twilight Bandana, The Rarity brushable and a bunch of other Enter Play cards and a few pin back buttons. Though he kept the Rarity blind bag I gave him, as a way to remind himself of me, and our times together.

    My new mouse arrived today!
     
    I felt kind of awkward when I went to pick it up from the Purolator drop Off place in town here...since it's at a privately owned Computer store....and the box had "newegg" plastered all over it.
     
    My old Logitech M510, was slowly dying. it would double click when I only clicked once...click and drag didn't work 100%...couple other buttons were dying on it as well...
     
    So, I picked up a Gigabyte M6800 mouse. I get instant response from it...no lag like I got with my Logitech. My new mouse was $23, after shipping costs.
     
    Overall I like it. The Reviews I seen for it said it was a great mouse for the price. Build feels solid. Very conforming to my hand as well. The Left and Right clicks have a concave surface, so your finger rests in them...feels a bit weird as I'm used to a flat mouse button. It's also a bit bigger. doesn't feel cramped. It also slides on my desk REALLY nice, it's like butter. I actually had to put effort into moving my Logitech one.
     
    Time will tell of how good it actually is. but first impressions are great.

    They do have the same style to them though. But it will take some getting used to. The Gigabyte one feels a lot more natural to use. the side buttons are easy to reach too.
     

     

     
    This was before I plugged it in, but the Gigabyte does have a red laser. Meanwhile the Logitech's laser was invisible.
     
    You can see how well used the Logitech one is...the rear two feet are basically worn off.

    My new CPU cooler arrived today!
     
    Ordered a Cooler Master 212 EVO. My stock one was giving out. I spun the fan while it wasn't powered...the bearings were rather notchy. It didn't spin smooth at all. Old one was loud as hell too. and didn't cool all that well.

    I thought it'd be simple undoing the old one, and putting a new surface mount bracket on....nope.I had to install a new back plate and all that stuff...So it took me longer than I expected it to...Which required removing my video card and unscrewing the
    motherboard from the case....
     

     

     

     
    Removing the video card gave me the chance to clean it out....so I did.
     

     
    And then assembled it all back together...
     

     

     
    And before I shut the case and shoved it back under my desk, I turned it on to make sure everything worked.and it did.
     
    Yes, I've got 3 200mm Cooler Master fans in there. and 2 120mm fans, not including the one on my new CPU cooler, which is also 120mm.
     
     
    I have ZERO cooling issues.
     


    Since I put in my new 212 EVO, my idle temp has been almost cut in half from 44c(111f) to 25c (77f)...This is also in an 80f room with no AC.
     
    It's also deadly quiet while idling. before, with how it is in my room (80f+ Humidity) my PC would sound like a jet turbine...It'd over power the sound of my music or the game I was playing, even with headphones on, I could still hear it. Now, I can't hear it at all. All I hear is glorious silence.
     
    Overall 10/10 I give the Cooler Master 212 EVO. Though it is rather tall, you'll need a deep case to fit it in. I have it fitted in a Cooler Master HAF(High Air Flow) 922 case.
     
    My computer is at the temps and sound it has in the winter time.It's quiet in the winter time.It might be even quieter than that.

    We don't know much, if anything about Fluttershy's background, her parents or anything.
     

     
     
     
     
     
    I've had this headcanon about it for awhile now....So here it is.
     
     
     
     
     
    1: Her parents:
     
    Her parents grew up in Las Pegasus. They met each other at an air show they were both performing at. They had never met each other previously. but they were part of their own flight group.They were pretty famous pegasus, by Las Pegasus standards anyways. They both talked, getting to know each other a bit more and they both found it rather tiresome performing in just Las Pegasus, by sheer luck, somepony noticed their exceptional performances, and they were both invited into the Wonderbolts. They gladly took the offer and headed off to Cloudsdale. Soon after they got married, and had Fluttershy. They became some of the best flyers at the time. This was before anypony heard of the name Spitfire or Soarin. They then retired from the Wonderbolts once Fluttershy started attending Flight School. They wanted Fluttershy to carry on the family name into the Wonderbolts.But she was born a weak flyer, the kids at school made fun of her for it. Her parents constantly pushed her, about wanting her to be a better flyer and to join the Wonderbolts.. She knew she could never be the flyer her parents aspired her to be. She didn't want to be an elite flyer. This among being bullied at school due to her weak flying skills, caused her to be a shut in and a very shy pony. Despite her best friend being Rainbow Dash. Thus, because of this she never wants to talk about her parents, or have any mention of them. She just wanted to forget them.
     
     
     
    2: Her best friend
     
    She's always lived in Cloudsdale. Though she was always picked on by other ponies because of her flying ability. So she didn't make any friends. This also contributed to her shyness and closeted nature. THough, one day a certain rainbow pegasus seen this one day, and decided to help her, she stood up for Fluttershy. Because she knew what it was like. Since she had the nickname "Rainbow Crash" by a few of the same bullies. She only had that name because she failed at a Sonic Rainboom. and everypony had been making fun of her since. Though, the day Rainbow stood up for Fluttershy, Fluttershy knew she had at least one good friend. They hung out a lot and eventually became best of friends.
     
     
    3: Between Flight School and Pilot Episode
     
    After Flight School ended, Fluttershy secretly left her parents, and moved to Ponyville, to a secluded cottage in the woods. Rainbow eventually moved as well, building her own cloud house. Fluttershy was much happier living on solid ground. There she carried on her own business, mostly keeping to herself. Though she did eventually become friends with the other mane 6. She still decides to forget about her parents to this day.
     
    4: Angel Bunny.
     
    I found a rather interesting video about how Fluttershy stumbled upon Angel. So, instead of writing about it. I just decided to link the video.
     
    Warning: Mind your ears. Voice acting isn't the greatest. It does get "loud" at some points because of screaming.

    Anytime I get a chance to gush about why I love my beloved Butterfly Butt, I take it! Seeming DashForever and ghostfacekiller39 did one for their respective fave ponies, figured I'd jump on the proverbial bandwagon.
     
     
     

     
    Alright. Let's get this train of adorableness going.
     
     
     
    1: She's Adorable:
     
    She's without a doubt one of the,if not most adorable of ponies. From her voluptuously flowing pink mane to her turquoise eyes of kindness.,Well, I guess that's just her head...BUT let's continue down to her ever so soft cuddly pastel yellow body. ...to her huge pink wonderful tail....and last but certainly not least her adorable butterfly butt. I just want to snuggle it all day and night. Her colour palette is just so wonderfully adorable. Right down to her various outfits such as her "Dangerous Mission Outfit" Or her Tree costume. I squee internally everytime I see her on screen.
     
    2: She's caring
     
    Well, I guess it comes with the territory of element of Kindness. She loves tending to anypony, or anything. She'll help a total stranger, when other ponies walk by them. She's also helped what seemed like wild beasts, and then they go to mush in her hooves being real friendly. Like she said "Sometimes, you just need to show sompony a little kindness"
     
    3: She's courageous.
     
    In her own way that is. now, you might not think this, when she's got the word "shy" in her name. But Look back. She stood up to a Dragon 1000x her own size, she even made him cry and apologize for what he did. What other pony has done THAT? I mean, that's pretty badass in my books. She's tamed the wildest of beasts. From a Manticore to an Orthros. She even gave the stare to a Cocatrice, as it was turning her to stone. She didn't give a flying feather about it, all she cared about was to get the Cocatrice to behave.
     
    4: Her Transformations:
     
    Now, these may have been a one episode things...but they ARE part of her canon character. Not anypony can say they've been turned into a Vampire Fruit bat pony by one of their friends. Flutterbat is easily my fave transformation of her. But can't forget Saddle Rager AKA Flutterhulk AKA You wouldn't like me when I'm angry. Along with her being turned into a Breezy to help the other Breezies get back home.
     
    5: She's assertive:
     
    This, this is somewhat new of her. Even though she has been assertive in earlier episodes, it's been more prevalent come this season and last. She stood up to her friends in defending the Vampire Fruit Bats. She also told off Rarity about making the Ponytones into a Quintet, even though Fluttershy was a huge fan of them. She also refused to go see the dragon migration with Rainbow.She said no, because at the time, she didn't like dragons. Though she faced her fear of Dragons in "Dragonshy"
     
    6: She's badass:
     
    Again, something else you wouldn't expect of a pony like Fluttershy. She beat a bear into submission to ease his pain.She made a full grown dragon cry. She's also got her trademark "Stare"...Even I'm afraid of that. Like, when ever she uses it, the animals bend to her every whim. It's like a spell overcomes them or something. Her bat pony persona...that was also pretty badass, even though it was a one episode thing.
     
    7: She has faith:
     
    She was the only one to believe that Discord could be reformed....and she was right all along. Even though the rest of the mane 6 doubted her. Same with the Vampire Fruit bats. She defended them, in having faith that they would do no harm. and Fluttershy was right both times.
     
    8: She doesn't mind helping:
     
    She's helped her friends out on numerous occasions, she's always willing to lend a hoof. After All, a true true friend helps a friend in need. She was ecstatic when she found out Rainbow wanted a pet, and Fluttershy gladly accepted her offer to help her find a pet. She also helped Rarity during "Castle Mane-ia" to restore the various banners and flags in Celestia and Luna's old castle. She also helped her in "Rarity Takes Manehattan" helping the other mane 6 make dresses for her...Even though Rarity over worked her.She helped Rainbow get her precious book in "Trade Ya" even though she essentially traded herself off for slavery....Which isn't cool Rainbow. In "The Magic Duel" even though she didn't want to at first, she snuck out in her "adorable "Dangerous Mission Outfit" that Rarity made, to get to Zecora to help stop Trixie. Fluttershy played a VERY important role in that episode. She's faithful to her friend still the dire end. She's always there.
     
    9: Cute noises:
     
    I mean c'mon. She makes the cutest noises of anypony else. Video evidence.
     

     
     
     
    Well, I guess that about sums it up for now. I'll be cheering her on at the World Cup as her lover and her obsessive fan that totally DOESN'T romantically fantasize about her all the time. I love my waifu. So any chance I have to write about her. I'll gladly take it.

    Well this is the finished bit.
     
    Assembled it, and put new fork oil in it...feels like new! Now I want to paint the frame itself. Even though I do like the earthy brown colour, and the stenciled logos. I was thinking of painting it yellow.

    Decided to overhaul the forks on my new to me DJ bike with new hydraulic fluid. Seen I had some paint, and so it was decided that I was to repaint them as well.
     

     
     
    My Dad sand blasted the lowers, down to the bare metal, I think they're magnesium. though they could be aluminum as well. Prepped and ready for primer after a light sanding. No cracks or or fractures could be found, which is good news.
     
    Masked off important areas...stuffed some with newspaper.

    And painted with clear coat on them. Waiting for the mto dry, I"ll assemble them Monday, since I'm busy tomorrow.

    No, not my anniversary with Fluttershy as my waifu....THAT was back in October. And it was our 3 year anniversary .
     
     
    I'm talking about my 1 year forum anniversary! Yes it was one year ago today that I signed up on to these forums.
     
     
    ~~Has it really been one whole year /365 days/8765.81hours? Seems just like yesterday I started perusing these here forums. Time really does fly eh? What started out as a random late night Google search, has turned into so much more. I started out as a blank flank on these forums, and now? Now I"m a pony. a bucking pony! I hope to one day reach pegasus status because pegasus is master race. Upon my ascension from blank flank to pony, I've met quite a few people on here, though some have mysteriously vanished, or haven't come on in a long while, or were simply banned. That said, I've made quite a few friends through this site, and I think that's pretty awesome. I've also made enemies. Heck, I've met some sorta local bronies as well. I even fell in love over the forums....though sadly, that didn't last very long. I'm really gald I found these forums.
     
    ~~I've evolved as a member too. I was originally pretty shy about the whole forum thing, I was quite the Fluttershy, if you know what I mean. I did most of my posting in Forum games and forum lounge, though a month or two later, I ventured into other forum parts such as Sugarcube Corner and even the Debate pit. Now, I'm a regular poster in Sugar Cube Corner,Show Discussion and the Fluttershy fan club. I guess you could say I'm leading member of the fan club,I've got a link to it in my sig, promoting it, though we all contribute to the topic. I even Started a Skype group for the Fluttershy fans of MLPF,for those of you interested, PM me with your Skype and I'll gladly add you. . Much love goes out to the memebrs of the Fluttershy fan club! I've even started using pink as my colour of choice for blogs and forum posting. Makes itstand out a bit more, and adds a bit of fun flare.
     
    ~~Now, I love Fluttershy. She's been my #1 mare since back in 2010 when I first got into bronydom. She's been my waifu ever since. My love for her has only grown stronger since arriving to these forums, these forums made me appreciate her so much more as well. It made me happy.It was also nice to know there were other fans of hers on the forums. These forums also got me back into buying merch ofer. over the past year, I've accumulated at least 12 pieces of Fluttershy merch....I'm always looking for more to add to my shrine of her I have. I just love her so damned much...I cannot express the deep passion and love I have for Fluttershy. She's much more than just a a character to me. I'm more or less in love with her. I just had this instant connection with her when I seen her on screen for the first time....She just means so much to me.

    ~~The things I've seen over the 365 days of being on this forum. I don't think I've missed a day of signing into these forums, over those 365 days....Let's see, for forum wide shenanigans, I was here for the 2nd rising of the Discordian Empire! I faithfully joined ~Chaotic Discord~'s army of Chaotic followers....I was loyal till the end, I spread propaganda like wild fire.. I was also here for his Pony Navel Revolution! What a fantastic thing that was. It made me appreciate belly buttons on ponies even more so. So many memorable moments over the past year. Though I've also seen some rather....unmentionable things. That I would rather not post about, I'd rather try to keep this blog on a positive note. There has been many shenanigan's I've been involved with as well. From minor forum game thread hijacks, to posting funny, unexpected troll topics, and even Status Update trends. Much hilarity ensued...
     
     
     
    ~~To sum it all up, it's been a wonderful year of friendship, shenanigans and all around great fun. This is definitely my favourite forum I've ever been on. I usually don't last a year on most forums because the community on them sucks, or they're just not that active...But this forum....this forum is top notch, a big thanks from me to the Admin,Mod team, Poniverse staff and the donors for keeping this site up and running. Big hoof-bump to all of you. /)

    Yea! It's finally here. New frame Day!
     
    I traded off my old XC frame for this, new to me, DJ frame. It's a 2005 Kona Shred.
     
    Still need to sort out a bearing issue, but it should be fine.
     
    I also plan on re-upholstering the seat., the other side is totally exposed. I also plan on a much shorter stem.

    So, a couple weeks ago, I ordered all the parts needed to convert my boring black Xbox Controller into something more exciting, a Fluttershy controller!
     
    Well, today they arrived in the mail
     
    So, I got all the parts out, pushed back my keyboard so I could have a work area....With Formare Fluttershy watching over the build, closely.
     
     
    I also got the special screw driver I had, that's required to take a wireless controller apart.

    There's ALWAYS a screw hidden under a sticker, somewhere...on electronic devices. It also tends to void the warranty. I'm such a rebel.
     
    (I've taken Xbox controllers apart before. So I knew it was there.)
     

     

     
     
    The kit came with those black Trigger supports, but I couldn't get the white ones off, so I gave up and stayed with the white ones.

    Oh yea...I had the idea of using a cutie-mark tattoo from one oft hose Enterplay card packs. I tested it out on the black shell...I gave a shot of clear coat over top of it as well. Not sure if I like the outcome, I'm sure it'd be brighter with the yellow background of the new controller shell.
     
    But I've got some decal slide paper, for model cars. I may run that through my printer to print off her cutie-mark and try that, as it may work better.
     
     
    Oh yea.... EXTRA PARTS! I'll be using them to make some other funky controller for my wired Xbox controller I use on my PC...it needs new analog sticks anyways...they're worn down to the bare plastic....
     
    Also, the seller seemed to of given me double of the yellow XABY and Home buttons. As well as a set of normal XABY buttons. Kinda odd. Oh well. more parts for me!

    Yesterday was my first official ride of the season, for mountain biking. YEsterday my friend and I did 20k (12.5miles) and today we did a bit bigger group ride with 6 of us in total....and we did about 15k (9 miles). It was fun.
     
    Location: Durham Forest
    Time: 11am-3pm
     
     
    First day was problem free,no crashes, no breaking bike parts. and we had found new trails that were recently built. We even seen a couple Equestrian riders. Didn't think they were allwoed on the trails...but anyways, we also hit our regular trails. Though one thign we noticed, is that every bike ider we came across, was riding a 29'' wheeled bike. Me and my friend ride 26'' wheeled bikes.
     
     
    Second Day., we got together with a few friends of ours, with their bikes and the 6 of us rode together for most of the day, until two of them had to split and go home. Which ust left me and a couple of our other friends with us. One friend was riding my winter bike, that I put back together, and another friend was riding a brand new Trek 29er that he bought today.
     
     
    Today was also the day that things started happening...I was the first one to crash....I scrapped a tree with my handlebars, my handlebars are insanely wide at 780mm, makes it hard getting through narrow trail bits,which flung me over and caused me to body check another tree, and then I tackled a sapling. Though, I managed to stay on the bike the whole time...I had managed to reach my one brake, before going totally off the trail. This was within 10 minutes of starting the ride. I then yelled "First tree hit of the day!"
     
    Then at the same part, another friend hits the same tree but fell off.
     
    Then, after the other two riders left us, we went to our favourite trail "Ogre And Out" (pic below of the end of it). This is where the other three all crashed huge...though, no serious injures were had....just a bloody knuckle or two. One crashed at a sharp turn and ate dirt, literally. Another fell off the board walk during an uphill climb. and the other one went off the boardwalk near the end of the trail (Seen in pic below).
     
    So yea, fun day over all. The day isn't complete until someone (or everyone) crashes.

    It's that time of year again....
     
    I pulled my valiant mare out of winter storage, and I decided to give her a tune up today. This mare has been sitting for a good 4-5 months....I've already ridden her once this year. Which is when I found out the few problems she had. So I fixed them for the most part today.

    So, a long while ago, my moms dog got a hold of one of my Fluttershy plushies, and ripped her tail off...I didn't have the motivation to re-attach her tail, until the other night. So tonight, I decided to give a go at it...first time stitching a plush back together...

    I've been meaning to write this blog for a little while now, I've just kept forgetting to. But with what went on in the March Madness topic, it gave me the momentum and inspiration I needed to write it.
     
     

     
     
     
    I hate it when I scroll through a topic, or see a status update that degrades or insults my favorite pony. Some people are complete pompous douchebags when it comes to insulting a pony as well. It's not just one thing that they'll say, which should be enough, they start a whole conversation or rant, of why "So and so" is worst pony or why they "hate" her. To me, that's just too far. That sounds like something a little kid would do, it's just not needed.It's childish to do so,and you need to grow up. You should learn to respect other characters in the show, despite their flaws.
     
     
    Sure, there's ponies I really don't like, but I don't post status updates saying "hurr durr is worst pony" or "This pony should just die". It's just common sense and common courtesy to NOT do that. In a heated debate, yea I can see reason for it. But not in a random status update, or a friendly competition thread.
     
    One reason I hate it is,you just don't do it. If you seriously hate a character THAT much that you have to post constant status updates or posts about it, or reply to said status update or post to join in on the bashing, or make topics about it.....you got problems.
     
    Another reason I hate it is because I take those kind of insults personally. When I see Fluttershy getting bashed, or having negative comments said about her, It upsets me, makes me feel sick and I just take the insults as personal attacks, even if what was said wasn't insulting me as a person.I feel personally insulted. I take a lot of shit personally, not just someone insulting Fluttershy, or other ponies I like. I face it on a day to day basis in real life. I know I'm probably not alone on this.
     
     
     
     
    I know someone is gonna reply with "Just ignore it" Well tough muffins, one cannot simply "ignore" it.

    This has been a popular topic as of late. What started out as an innocent thread, of giving shout outs to some friends or other members. Has turned into the latest fiasco, on the forum. Honestly, there's no harm in that.Let people give shout outs to their fave members and friends.
     
    The people that are over reacting and complaining about these threads are....well...over reacting and acting foolish. You don't like it? don't post. Posting and whining, just makes you look like you're begging for attention, which if it were me, would be rather embarrassing to do.
     
    Yes, there's popularity everywhere you go....from the favourite co-worker to the favourite student or fave member of any certain group. It's childish to complain about this person or that person being popular, it won't get you anywhere. You shouldn't care who's popular or not, No matter what, I know I don't care about popularity. I'm here for ponies, and to maybe make a few friends. In High School I was one of most unpopular kids at school school, constantly picked on..etcetera, but I had my 2-3 close friends, and that's all I cared about. That's all you should care about too. as long as you have at least one good friend either IRL or online, you're doing pretty dang well.
     
     
    I was a regular at local furmeets, random people who I had never even heard of or seen, knew me, if it weren't for their name badge with their fursona on it, I wouldn't of known their name without awkwardly asking them their name........I can tell you some of them wanted more than a friendly snuggle. It was scary. Not to mention i had very little time to spend with the people who I wanted to be there with, because people were CONSTANTLY bugging me, wanting to do this or play that...meanwhile I'd be busy with my REAL friends. It'd get me so frustrated that I just wanted to scream.at times, sometimes to the point where I'd get depressed and not really want to be there.
     
     
    TL;DR: You shouldn't care about being popular or not, but as long as you have that one good friend, you're doing well for yourself.
     
     
    I suck at ending these kinda blogs.....so...
