I liked twilight even before the alicorn or seeing her power...she's alot like me, so I quickly identified with her and love her for who she is

I just saw it too. The demon was fine, but we could have found a better way to resolve the problem yes? I just like watching their antics, pony or non, so I'm kinda biased to the point of overlooking plot issues in th end....but I did cringe at the time.

...I loved it! I kinda knew I'd love it, it's just a new design....even if it is somewhat questionable. Only issues I really had was big problems instantly getting solved with a little song or a dash of friendship, but that wouldn't be the first time this has happened =P. It was a nice way to cope with the wait, but now I'm feeling empty and more aware of the wait. There's always the fandom I guess, there's still tons of stuff I've missed! I haven't even READ cupcakes yet! (although I am aware of what it entails) Speaking of which, there's a new "friendship is witchcraft" if you missed the news, featuring babs seed and snowdrop! =3 ...shameless advertising or not (watch it, don't watch it, don't care XD) have a good evening and hang in there...we're over halfway there.

@MotionSpark Thanks for the offer, but I want to do him myself. I'll probably come back later for feedback, but in the end I want to be the one to create well....myself. Edit: Possibly rethinking that. I forgot a bad trait I have as an artist: Perfectionism. I will never be truly satisfied with my OC if I make it. It'll either not be perfect, or I'll spend so long working on it that I'll get sick of it. I'll think it over...

Okay, I played with colours in the way you were talking about and I'm liking this, what do you think? Naturally I'm not using this as the real deal, it's just to get my point across without completely drawing the real one.

Okay...well, I have two ideas then for talents. I can either keep that I want to use my talents to bring enjoyment to others (perhaps be an entertainer?) or use my favorite form of magic: illusions. I might actually be able to fuse the two together, but when I have illusion magic at my disposal I'm tempted to use it to play pranks instead of using this for good....perhaps this could be a bit of lore for my character? Learning to use it properly? I'm liking this! Everything else seems to wrap it's self up on it's own or with this I think, minus the colour =) Thanks Aerial

Hello everypony! Got my blog started here. I'll be posting my random thoughts and questions here and later any of my work that's pony related. I'm going to be getting some hardware soon, I just got my first job and I'm going to be raking in cash soon. In the meantime I'll try to keep this interesting for anyone who chooses to come and see me. (Unlikely at this point, but even if one person is hanging around I don't want to leave ya hangin)

I choose one. I actually match up alot with twilight personality wise, so it wouldn't be hard to live as her. It's nothing more then a minor species change for me. I don't have too many friends, but I'd lose my family...it'd be tempting to pull me back, but I'd waste to much time and shatter friendships if I focused for too long on trying to get back....and in the end it'd probably be in vain. I'll just accept my fate and embrace my new family.

I'm more of a computer nerd and love doing anything on a computer. If anything I wonder why people draw traditional art. (Don't get me wrong, it still looks good, but I'd rather do it on a computer if given the choice.) (Kinda offtopic, can you use a touchscreen computer in lieu of a drawing pad?)

I know you guys have probably had this topic a million times...but I want a little help dreaming up my OC. I want to start off by simply ponifying myself to get a feel of the process and fill up that big blank space on my left. Here's my main issues atm: Colour scheme I'm a fool when it comes to mixing colours properly. I prefier cool colours, or those falling around the blue/green area of the circle. My favourite design (although I don't want to base myself off her) is lyra heartstrings. Hair/manestyle I a guy, and have long hair in real life. When I started looking at ponies with longer hair though, I noticed it always seems girly. Is there a way around this? Or will I have to cope with being called a girl if I make a pony? Misunderstood copy Alot of my main personality traits match over with twilight's....(love of reading, "sciences", cracks under stress) I'm scared I'm just going to look like a male copy of her despite only wishing to recreate myself! I don't have many other traits to fall back on either, I'm an intovert and a gamer/budding programmer after that, and the later doesn't exist in equestria. Which reminds me... Nonexistent Talents My talents revolve around things that don't exist in equestria. I feel that my destiny is to be making games or software for the enjoyment of others. How can I transfer this into something close? This would have been my cutie mark. It all pretty much comes down to not wanting to be unoriginal, and being able to ponify human stuff into pony stuff....what are your thoughts?

Hey there. I found the show in the December of last year, after trying to avoid it for several. I eventually found the fandom that went along with it and was amazed. It opened my eyes to the wonderful worlds of art and music, in the fandom and beyond! I actually started doing art myself. I'm also a budding programmer aspiring to make my own games!
