    Of course they can. Only 1/10 Norwegians are not religiously affiliated. If I could not befirend 90% of the population I would be really lonely. xD My friends are mostly christians or muslims. We sometimes discuss religion, but its not something we do too often. It has not been a problem before, and I don't see why it would.

    Here in Norway most people can get guns, we have a few rules though. You basically just need a license, so everyone that needs it can get it. If someone is considered unfit to own a weapon, they will never own a weapon, even if they had previously owned a license. That is it for the rules basically, I personally don't own one, mostly because there is no need to own any. I may get one later if I want to start hunting though. But hunting is quite expencive, so I won't get one in the near future.

    No. Norway was close to a third world country untill the 1970s. The majority of the population was exstremely antisemittic (About as bad as nazi-germany), racist and uneducated. The country was for a long period of time a frozen wasteland of nothing-good-ness. Only after ww2 the country became somewhat industrialized and it did not see much further growth before the 70s and 80s. (The start of the oil era) I am really happy I live in the 2000s. Its simply a better time period in most if not all ways. The last 50 years has moved this country from ashes to riches, so no one is looking back.
