    This is stupid! I got reported on Xbox for communications, and I got banned for an entire week, and if I wanted a repeal, I would have to create a court case and even pay for it, and that's just for the chance for them to even consider my case. And even still, if I am "found guilty of any wrong doing" I will be permanently banned from Xbox.

      Just serve the ban. No point in going to court over this, and you certainly wouldn't want to tango with a large-ass company like Micro$oft.
