One of my favorite episodes to be sure. One of the best things about the older season 1 episodes is how they brought the characters together. This episode, the primary focus was on establishing Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie's friendship and propensity for pulling pranks, which is seen throughout the rest of the series from there-on out. Gilda was a great antogonist, because she was very realistic (out-dated slang). I think many people can relate to having a friend like Gilda at some point, who didn't get along well with the rest of your friends, and wasn't altogether that good of an influence. Sometimes, all you can do is distance yourself from that person, even though it may be hard for you. I'd love to see Gilda return in the series, even moreso than Trixie. I want to see what would happen if Rainbow Dash and Gilda met again. Would Gilda see the error of her ways? Would the two be able to mend their broken friendship? Well it is a children's show, so hopefully they would. Someone like Gilda, for all her faults, needs a friend who can keep her in line. But first she needs to be willing to give change a chance. Also, her character design is just flipping awesome. By far the most interesting non-pony creature to have ever appeared on the show. -

I just remembered; last time you set this game up, we were supposed to be role playing as characters, correct? Meaning either our OCs or canon characters from FiM. Is that what we are doing this time as well, or are we just being ourselves?

Saw "The Dark Knight Rises". I know people's opinions are mixed, but I thought it was really great.

I think the show plays fast and loose with it's level of technology. The most blatant example of this is the canonification of video games in the Hearts and Hooves Day episode, where a young colt is seen playing an arcade machine outside. OUTSIDE. Meaning it isn't even hooked up to anything but the ground itself. Dear lord, are these ponies even more advanced then us? Then why do they still light their homes with lightning bugs instead of lightbulbs?! -
I'm terrible at brevity. Someone I follow on FIMFiction posted a rant about how everyone hates the OC in her fanfic even though they haven't read it, and my response ended up being 5 pages in word.

Playing Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity. Wow, this was probably the last game where Knuckles had a reason to be a main character. He actually contributes to the plot! Imagine that!

So 10 people were shot dead at a screening of "The Dark Knight Rises". Methinks someone was trying to turn multiple members of the audience into vigilantes themselves. I guess the least we can hope for after a tragic event like this is for a squadren of Bat-people patrolling the Colorada streets.
