As a small child(about 4-6 I was playing with a bunch of kids at a parent's work party. We were messing around on some equipment and my hand ended up caught in a pallet jack. I had to have microsurgery to fix up the damage. It was pretty bad - but all is long fine now(although some scarrs remain, and a couple fingers don't sit normally).
