Can't wait to celebrate the last night of Hanukkah with a walk tomorrow.
I almost got to 14 miles last time. Let's see how far I go here.

Congrats, Lakers, on winning the 2023 In-Season Tournament!
It's the first one, and the In-Season Tournament is a massive success. Now the Lakers win the first NBA Cup and $500K for each player and head coach.

Nowadays, my favorite part is lighting the menorahs (two electric, one with candles).

Man, when I was in worse shape, my longest walk, by far, was 11+ miles. That wasn't my norm; I usually averaged 4-5.5 miles.
Now? I average 8-10 miles, but I can get to 10 to 12 without breaking a sweat.

The distances of my walks this week:
Sunday: 9.07 miles
Yesterday: 11.67 miles
Will go again tomorrow.

Thursday: Did an 85-minute HIIT cardio workout, then walked 10.7 miles.
Friday: A 40-minute tabata (a type of HIIT workout with more intensity).
Yesterday: 16.62-mile walk.
Today: A well-earned day off.

What a heck of a day!
1. Found out I lost another couple of pounds.
2. Completed an 85-minute HIIT workout.
3. Walked 10.6+ miles.

It's been a GREAT day!
Some of you already know my weight loss journey since I first talked about it online last year. Changing my diet to lower the carbs and fat, following cardio HIIT and dumbbell exercises on YouTube, going out for walks (with occasional jogging bursts) of more than eight miles. Not letting stupid plateaus get to me as I gain muscle and climb stairs as well.
Two-and-a-half years since I first started, I finally broke the 120-pound-loss mark today.
