I long for the day for Spike to get the written respect he deserves, like the respect he got in Equestria Girls. But only for a whole episode (outside of Inspiration Manifestation and Secret).

I rather watch an FIM episode than feel bored than watch an episode and grate my teeth from annoying contrivances. Princess Spike's contrivances grate my teeth and make it really tough to sit through.

Stopped watching Princess Spike during Act 1. I really wasn't liking how the episode treated him during his assignment.

This episode started with a plot that could have been avoided with better communication. It started like "Swarm of the Century", or (worse) "Games Ponies Play". Combine that with a typical Spike conflict and resolution, and you have a zero-sum game on this episode contributing anything except adorkable Twilight meme bait.

The annoying trend of dumbing down Spike as a bumbling idiot while ignoring his more thoughful/mature side continued in this episode though I am not all that surprised. It really seems like the writers aren't even trying with Spike which is a shame because he is a character with a great deal of potential.

Please raise your hand if you DIDN'T expect the Tampa Bay Rays to lead the AL East at this point of the season.

"One Million Moms"? *sarcastic laugh* More like "Ten Bitchy Men Who Have Their Heads Stuck in the Sand."

Why am I not shocked to not see any previews for Princess Spike?

Wouldn't mind making a thick, wheaty, rustic bread like the time when my mom was a kid.

I'll never understand how anyone honestly believes that anyone who's the victim of rape and gets pregnant should forgive the rapist and not abort the child, especially if the victim is a child. *facefloor*

You don't see this everyday: a balk-off! Dodgers just won on a balk!

It's safe to say Teen Titans GO! completely sucks.

I don't think many people disagree with America's Test Kitchen's Christopher Kimball when he called the Kraft parmesean "Parmigiano-Crappiano."

So, Josh Scorcher couldn't muster a review for Appleoosa's Most Wanted. Well, I think I got an idea: Why the episode SUCKED at comedy.

"Luna: '*I* handled the gift for Cadance and Shining Armor.'" No wonder why she wasn't there to defend Canterlot against the Changeling invasion!

First impressions for So Many Birthdays: The pacing is really jumpy and quick early, but it becomes tighter in the second half. The monologuing may be exposition, but it really tells an important story, especially in the mind of a child. The moral itself is incredibly important.

Not going to miss out. Starting to watch So Many Birthdays, said to be one of the most popular episodes of the show.

With my analysis for Slice of Life done (for now), I'm heading back to my negative analysis for Tanks for the Memories.
