Looks like I didn't really "need" the exact date on the receipt... I kinda just guessed the exact day when I bought my pen tablet, and I guess that works... So now I finally got two free pieces of premium software that I didn't even know was included with this thing back when I got it like months ago. >3<

In the future (year 2030+) something like that would never happen, as our "ever awake, always watching" wearable personal computers [inside the watch, sunglasses or under the skin] will take notice of this kind of "metadata" and fill in an index about it for you without asking.
