      Well, any story can be a bit like chess if you think about it! Protagonist, antagonist, they need to compliment each other in some way.

      Yeah. It is why it's called "punk" as a setting.

      The more positive stuff is simply being called sci-fi.

       

      Of course sometimes I have a hard time rooting for the good guys.

      Many times the bad guys are umm... bad guys because they say they are.

      The easiest way to get rid a despot is to get a wanna be despot who leads a freedom fight against the old one after all.

      I like bad guys with intricate backstories. Not all of those Master Death kind of guys - that's just silly. I like a villain which i can understand their reasoning, understand why they do what they do.

      I usually try to write a villain but it ends up the hero.

      I just have a thing for the evil-active overlord thing.

       

      Heroes in fiction are just reacting, hell most of them are brutally incompetent.

      They are passive, never making the first move and so on.

       

      The question is... do we need villains and heroes?

      Reality doesn't really have them.

       

      Is taking over the world bad, when in the end it'll be better for everybody beside the kings of the old...

    I miss the old Gmail. The new one is so cluttered. Any alternatives to outlook.com and gmail? I want to have a serious email adress without the bells and whistles... Oh and the one that isn't yahoo because I don't want to give my phone number out to strangers. Sigh....

    I'm usually neutral about gamer issues but the current Ubisoft thing with Watch Dogs surprises me how these big companies lack a coherent PR and image manadgement. It's insane.
