      IP gain is NOT per kill. It's based on time played (and a few other factors). It has NEVER been about kills. Ever. In the history of the entire game.

      Yeah it is, Kills factor into the the over all play and contribution to the match. Everything from minion farming, turret take downs, neutral monster kills matter of course, but kills and assists matter just as much.
