    tfw you get a "new" old console but its in slightly bad shape and you'll need to get mandatory accessories before you start using it.

      I can relate..got mine from a re-used game store, had to use a micro USB charger and USB cable to get it to charge..but a solid system none the less.

      The Vita doesn't have cartridges I don't think..you gotta download most of the games now.
