    Elijah McClain was a black man who was known for playing the violin for animals in animal shelters and was widely regarded as a kind hearted person. Cops brutally beat and murdered him when he was walking home one night for being "suspicious." This was a Peaceful vigil for him, where they played violins in his honor. This was the police's response to the peaceful protest in a Park.

      Saw this through another person in Shaun King's Twitter feed. Every time police scare and brutalize protesters, they prove the public right. The police's response here perfectly exemplifies why the policing system needs to be defunded and its makeup cleaned up.
