      It's fine. I'm kinda the same. I can be either a very happy, positive person or an depressing person. And I just realize I can change my mood really fast...

      My mood kinda changes on a whim half of the time...I try to enjoy the simple things in life but my mind is so weird that one little thing could begin that terrible spiral..So many things do that too. Comparison to others, anxiety, something going wrong, worry, it really sucks when it all piles up like it does, it makes enjoying things so hard.
