      I think it would make more sense to use Army rank. Non-Commissioned Officers, would be those that aren't in positions of power yet, I believe. Perhaps Private = Freshly New, Corporal = Still a greenhorn but has made posts, Sergeant- I dunno. Might be fun.

      Whiteshade, I have a uniform design in case anyone is willing to draw it. Military uniform for ponies, unicorns, and Pegasus-Types. Mostly for the earth class, you might rarely see a flyer, and even more rarely a horned one. So! You happen to draw? Because I'll give you the design.
