She didn't really feel comfortable grouping up with others who might use the God's Hand for evil, but until they get anywhere close to the God's Hand, she will make sure it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. "I'm in." She replied with uncertainty. @, She was unsure if planning our attack out would help, and having a very brief idea on how capable each of us are doesn't really make it any easier. "We could either charge in all together or force them out of their little hiding spot." Hikari suggested, wondering if anyone in the group had an explosive charge of some sort to toss further into the cave. "

How can you guarantee that Feld0 is going to use it to begin with? Have you asked him if he'd accept a World Cup banner or are you just assuming that he will since it's a big event (which sadly I don't care about since I'm not into football/soccer).

Hikari has never been in a real fight before. Instead, she has only fought against other espers around her level, which has limited her tactics to only fighting against other espers. Even though the powers of espers and magicians were similar, it was only to an extent. Hikari has no idea what they're capable of doing, and after what Misha said about a broadsword user using his weapon as a way to channel magic, she decided to stop and wait for them to make a move.

A fault hidden within the cave walls. She pondered upon the thought of hiding a key within a secret room that lies behind a rock wall in a cave located in the middle of three mountains. "He can't be far. Lets stick together and start searching for them before they strike first." Hikari suggested as she took out her dagger and silently crept deeper into the cave.

Hikari heard noises coming from deeper within the cave. She decided to stop her search and ran towards the others where all the commotion was coming from. Hikari saw Zeke and Misha. "What's going on over here? I heard someone shouting." She asked no one in particular. "Is it the hunters?" Hikari added.

Hikari watched everything play out as the girl that was hiding away from Misha revealed herself and fixed his phone. The girl that the man in gold pointed at asked her name, and even though she didn't feel like singing her name to strangers, she replied her briefly by saying "It's Hikari." Before she looked over at Zeke and said "We didn't come all the way here to bump into a bunch of hunters. Turn this cave upside down for any clues." before she headed deeper into the cave. As she made her way down, she saw two pathways. She examined both of them and decided to down the one on the right.

"Why would I bring you in? Unless you stole that radio, I doubt anyone would be taking it away from you." Hikari wasn't sure if she should approach the man in gold, neither does she want her phone to explode. She raised her hand towards him and blasted a small wave of wind in his direction to get his attention. "Who exactly are you aiming that gun at?" She asked with a loud voice as it echoed against the cave walls.

Voices came from all directions as the girl replied. Illusion magic perhaps? Hikari speculated. "If I wasn't friendly, I would have attacked you the second you came running in my direction." She replied. "Thanks for the information. And don't worry, I'm not here for your radio." Hikari said before she headed down to see what was going on. What a coincidence. When I thought no one would be here, I end up bumping into two people and now I'm looking for two more. Hikari let out a sigh as she turned a corner in the cave and saw a person standing over at the far end with his gun pointing towards her general direction. He couldn't have been pointing at me before I even arrived, so what was he aiming at?

Hikari watched as a little girl holding onto a radio running towards her direction. 'I wonder what she's running away from.' She thought. The girl bumped straight into her, and before Hikari could say anything, she disappeared. "Don't be scared, we're friendly." She said with a hint of kindness in hopes that she'll show herself and tell her what was going on down in the cave. Hikari was still a bit confused about where she went, but if she's correct, the girl that just crashed into her is either an esper or a magician. There was no way an ordinary person could vanish out of sight.

She shook his hand. "I'm Hikari Suzuki, nice to meet you." She said with a smile. "Let's get going, Zeke. I heard gunshots, and the last thing I wanna see is someone getting shot." Hikari said as she walked deeper into the cave with Zeke. As they progressed down the pathway, she wondered how capable he is in a fight. 'Its not like a measly pistol could take me out.' She thought to herself as she has deflected bullets away before, but it wasn't something she could constantly do. 'There's no way Zeke is only armed with a pistol.. Is he an esper?' Hikari wondered. "I don't want to get shot either.." She commented as she listened carefully to what the man had to say. When he asked her about why her friends were fighting with each other, Hikari giggled a little bit. "That's funny you ask, because I came here alone." She answered. "Since it appears that we're both looking for clues about this relic and the people down there aren't with you or me, lets go check it out together." Hikari suggested with a honest voice with no intention of betraying him.

Hikari looked back and saw a light shining against her and a gun pointed straight at her direction. "All I know is that there's a clue or a key of some sort that's related to the God's Hand hidden within these caves." She replied, wondering if she should attack him or to make a run for it. "So.. Who exactly are you?" She asked in a calm yet nervous tone, ready to deflect a bullet or two if he decides to fire.

Hikari noticed some movement nearby her, and as she looked around her, she saw someone with red hair overlooking what seems to be another person off in the distance. Hikari quickly took cover behind a tree as she waited for a minute or two before heading towards his last location. She spotted a cave entrance but was unsure if they went in. 'It's not like I have any other choice..' She thought to herself as she entered the cave, making her way down as it grew darker every step she took.

Hikari stood back up after resting for a few minutes, pulling out her phone as she continued heading towards the middle. "If I'm not wrong, it's just a few minutes away from where I am." She mumbled to herself as she looked at the map on her phone. As she approached the center of the three mountains, she didn't see anything in particular. "I wonder what I'm even looking for.." She said as she stood on the opposite side of the cave entrance where the secrets of the relic lies within.

As Hikari hiked up the mountain, a cold and breezy wind blew past her. It's been quite some time since she's been out in the nature, and it was rather refreshing. She heard the echoes of the birds chirping in the distance as they flew away into the skies. As she slowly approached closer to one of the three large mountains, she stood on the slope of the mountain and overlooked the lands. Hikari looked in the general direction of what seems to be the middle of the three mountains and started heading towards it. She started breathing deeply as she started running out of breath halfway from the mountain to the middle of all three, so she laid her back on one of the trees to catch her breath.

Hikari got out of the house and back in her car. She started up the engine and headed in the general direction of the mountains. As she drove towards Lightlyn Mountains, she realized that time was flying by as it has already been three hours since she left when she glanced at her watch. She was slowly approaching a dead end on the road, and Lightlyn Mountains was visible in the distance. There wasn't any choice other than to hike up. In fact, there was a nice pathway through the forest which appeared to lead the way towards the mountains. Hikari got out of her car and started heading towards the mountain in hopes that she'll the key that will lead her one step closer to the relic.

Some say it's just a hoax but the people who knew about it started traveling around the entire planet looking for it, and before you know it, there was at least thirty individuals searching tall and wide for the ancient relic called the God's Hand. It possessed a unbielivable amount of power and whoever gets a hold of it can alter reality as we know it. There are many unique individuals that live within this planet which could become nearly unbeatable if they teamed up together, but almost everyone wanted the relic to themselves. Many have killed the people they teamed up with, or has encountered other groups that are more powerful and ended up getting murdered horribly. Some people get tortured in hopes that they would spit out information about the relics location but most of the people have no idea where it was, except one individual called Hikari. She was a girl who wanted to live a normal life, but it hasn't been easy for her to obtain one. Instead, a window filled with possibilities was opened up when she discovered about espers and her own personal reality, and not long after she did, she discovered about the relic and decided to pursue it in hopes to grant peace and happiness to everyone on the planet and all she needed to do was to form a group with the same goal. This was the beginning of an adventure that might just get her killed, but she didn't care. ---------- It has been two years since Hikari obtained her esper powers, and yet everything still feels the same. Was this what she wanted? A normal life? "No.." she said within the safety of her house. Hikari wanted to feel like she accomplished something, or has made a difference in this world. She believed that there was a reason why she became a Level 4 esper, and she was going to find the answer by finding the God's Hand located within Cynrador, the planet she calls home, where humanity now exists. The relic still hasn't been found after two long years, but there are still people out there who spend their time searching for it day and night. Even though there was a smaller amount of people looking for it, it was because they were the ones who survived from the desperate individuals looking for it which ended up killing others just for a shred of information or a clue about its whereabouts. Hikari knew that if she started looking for it, she might not be coming back home alive, but that didn't stop her from doing so. With an idea in mind, Hikari got dressed, grabbed her hoodie, and hid her knife under her clothing before she headed towards her garage and hopped inside her car. She took out her phone and set the destination to a place which wasn't far from where she lived, and that's the place where the rumors of the relic all started. Hikari took a deep breath before she revved up her car and started driving towards it in hopes that she'll find her first clue to finding the relic. ----- Time started flying past as she drove steadily on the road towards a small town located in the outskirts of Fairmeadow, a city filled with scum that wouldn't mind getting their hands dirty for some cold hard cash. "Out of all the places on Cynrador, it just had to be near Fairmeadow.." She said with an unenthusiastic look on her face as she approached. Hikari slowed down when she approached and parked it at the side of the road. She looked out and spotted two men looking at her with a smug look on their face. Hikari knew there was gonna be trouble, but she didn't expect it to come so quickly. She tried ignoring them and heading towards her destination, and that was where her father lived before he passed away a few months ago. Her father hinted something about the whereabouts of a limitless source of power was located in the basement of his house, which she assumed was the God's Hand. Hikari took out the key for the door, but she was rudely interrupted by the two men who decided to tail her. Hikari looked back and saw one of them holding a knife and the other one was pointing a gun at her. "Whats the matter, little girl? Are you looking for something?" One of them said. Hikari looked at them with her sharp red eyes and said "It's none of your business.. Leave me alone before you hurt yourself." Both of them started laughing, but before they could finish, Hikari swiped her hand sideways and knocked them back with the power of wind. She managed to knock one of them out, the one who held the gun shouted "You little brat!" before he pulled the trigger on her. Without having to think, she toggled her hurricane shield that spun around her before the bullet reached her, and when it did, it was knocked straight out of the air. Hikari looked at her surroundings and saw a barrel filled with water and launched it straight at him, her wind carrying the barrel as it smashed straight into his face. "Why did they even bother.." She said with a sigh before she unlocked the door and closed it shut behind her. Hikari turned on the lights and headed towards the basement in hopes that she'll find a clue about it's whereabouts. ----- Hikari carefully walked down the stairs. It was dark but the light coming from outside lighted up the place a tiny bit. She saw a note lying on his table and it said: She picked up the letter, folded it and placed it in her pocket. Hikari looked around and saw a map of the planet Cynrador. She started looking for Lightlyn on the map that was pinned onto the wall to the right. It wasn't that far away. It was four hours away from her if she were to drive there, but it would take more than just driving as it was located in the middle of nowhere. Map

When I mentioned it to my teachers and my friends, they had no idea what Heartbleed was except one of them, so even if it might be old news to you and I, it's still unknown to a fair amount of people who don't really read the news about the Internet. I'm glad I'm not old enough to have my own credit card, that is until this September.

I was gonna write a pretty long post but I decided not to since not a lot of people like reading a thousand words.. People who read the news, are interested in technology, or just simply use the internet would know that there's a vulnerability exploit that was publicly released on Monday, causing a major headache to almost everyone on the Internet. Thankfully, this has been patched, but your information might have been stolen and it's really important to keep your accounts safe, whether it be a image-hosting site or your social network account. It would be wise to check if the website you're about to change your password on has been patched before you do so you don't expose yourself even more by changing your password when the exploit hasn't been patched on your website. Apparently Paypal and bank websites were not affected as they did not use OpenSSL, so check the websites before you start changing your passwords. You could use these following sites to check the websites you visit often to see if it's been patched or not. https://lastpass.com/heartbleed/ http://filippo.io/Heartbleed/ Luckily, our great leader Feld0 patched it on Monday afternoon, which was on the same day when the bug was released to the public.
