      Lol, I know that feeling xD Fun (or not so fun xD)factoid: if you eat slow you give your brain the time needed to process how full you are and to signal less eating. Eat fast, then your brain has to play catch up on how full your stomach is; which leads to overeating :D

      Yeah, I usually don't eat so much all at once, I prefer to eat small but regularly. Now I remember why. :)
