step outside, find a tree, count the leaves/ needles on it until you forget why you are mad.

*Huggles* Don't take a page from my old book... Back when I used to get angry a lot I'd... well, it wasn't pretty. But I'd suggest doing something you enjoy to take your mind off of it, and reflecting on the reason behind the anger and frustration and finding a way to prevent it for next time.... (Probably not all that helpful, but it's all I've got... Sorry....)
