No silly filly. She behaves in a very juvenile manner quite often. Don't get me wrong. I love Pinkie. But there's time's that she's a complete jerk and insensitive to others around her, even when she should know better. She's almost like a child but trapped in an adult.

Nah, she's just lived her entire life without any love or friendship beyond that which she gets from Maud Pie and her pet rocks. Then suddenly, she meets new ponies in a land of love and happiness! But they only love her when she's a happy friendly happy pony. So she's ALWAYS HAPPY ALL THE TIME, because she fears that nopony will love her if she stops smiling even for a second.

@Asquerade I couldn't have said it better myself. I cant fault Pinky for being childlike when she really had no role model to show her otherwise. I can see why she would be afraid to lose friends. I mean, she has pet rocks? sad.. I say let her be hyper and crazy ^.^ She is one of a kind.
