    One of my longest friends has recently started acting like a dick to me for some reason, and doesn't seem to realise he's doing it. I've spoken to him about it too, be whenever I bring it up he just changes the subject, and I really have no idea what to do about it

      I know the feeling. Try to approach him on it a few more times, and see if you can get to the root of it or something. IF not, and it is really causing negative things with you, it might be necessary to push him away unless he changes :/
