TFW you're trying to make a new banner, but:
- don't want to recycle what you used previously
- material that is out there doesn't fit your tastes
- material that does fit your tastes is difficult to find

Fanfics can be sometimes really moody. Read one starting from yesterday and felt down until I wrapped it up todays evening when it gave me a happy end. Is crazy! I can't handle dark stuff

Just saw Star Wars: Visions.
I gonna say it was hit-miss. Some good, some raise questions. And then some feel like pilots for their own shows and it's like Japan studios were pitching them all together to Disney, who decided to release them all together not only to make money but also for their audience to help them out with deciding.

Just saw the new MLP filum!
Overall, I enjoyed it. The resolution maybe felt a little bit out of nowhere/rushed/forced. Plus, the villain ain't the strongest I have seen so far. And I wonder about Sunny's current status: is she now an alicorn or she just gained an ability to summon astral horn and wings?

Is it a good or bad thing when the story is constructed with blanks so the reader/audience has to fill them themselves? I encountered examples of both but still can't nail it for myself.
