I find cooping yourself up for too long can wear on you. I may not be the most active sort, but I feel its good to get out every now and again to breathe in some fresh, cool air to clear an overheated head. Just the other day I took an hour-ish walk in a constant drizzling rain and that was quite rejuvenating.

  I think that some people forget is that just because your not at work, doing anything or have any plans, just sitting there can be every bit as exhausting as any other work. As silly as it may sound, sometimes you need a break from taking breaks!

I'm just not myself right now, I'm unsure when I will be myself again, whatever that is.

It could just be signs of age, we all only experiance the rath of age once.
