Okay, is it just me, or does anyone notice a trend of depression within the pone community?
Like, I know it's all over the place, but it seems like within the horse community, 9.5/10 people I meet are suffering from suicidal thoughts and depression.

A lot of people seem to have found MLP and the community during tough times so it's understandable...
I consider myself part of this group too. While my situation at the time wasn't nearly as bad as those of some others, I can say the community was just what I needed. And it still is – nothing helps me more when I'm feeling down than talking to all the wonderful people here!

It was always like this to be honest.
MLP despite being a kid show, pokes serious subjects, that leave many people thinking.
One of the common reasons is, that MLP kind of shows a vision of a more perfect world - all the magic, adventures, friendship - this may leave people with difficult to satisfy desires when they aren't truly happy with their current life.
