  1. Trying a blend of spices oil n chocolate, in an attempt to boost my metabolism. So yeah, spicy spices, caffeine from the chocolate I melted with the cayenne pepper. Cinnamon and oil, so it really gets absorbed, then I got an after-taste, rmeinds me of raw garlic, and I read supposed to do stuff complimentary when using combo spices, so adding garlic next. Could prolly use more spicy spice diversity tho.

      The oil is because cinnamon causes higher fat metabolism, oil ensures more thorough absorption of fat soluable nutrients, which spices usually are partially fat soluable. Especially cinnamon. And the oil I used was a relatively healthy avocado oil. I am not having a huge amount either and I feel like sweating already, which was basically the goal. I only had like 1/4 of the shot glass-ful of it so far. And didn't hoard the spices onto it, that'd be too strong, less than a teaspoon of...

      And cayenne is supposed to increase skin circulation and body temperature, and metabolism with that. Garlic, idk if it'd really do much, I should have some celery if anything, that increases muscle metabolism.
