Viscra Maelstrom

I've had that happen, but for my it's my anger because I get really angry some times and it can be scary if others watch. I usually feel better afterwards and usually feel like I understand either something about myself or something about what made me angry in the first place much better then I had before. Any such revelation?

i don't know. i've felt rather glum the past few days, with occasional crying in them. this time however it was so massive and relentless.

Just let it out and don't let yourself think your abnormal for it. I know what your feeling and unfortunately the only cure I've found is time :\
