Like I stated in my introduction, FS here, Feather Spiral, linked me to this forum via an e-mail conversation, which I'd rather not... talk about here... Anyway, I checked out the forums because I wanted to be at a place where I could reach him conveniently, since e-mail conversations are very impractical for that task; that, and since he left the other forum, I've not been able to reach him in any other way than doing just that. So I registered here soon enough. Oh, and since it's a pony forum, and I thought it would be time to register at one, finally. FS' not the only reason why I am here, if you thought that.

Hi again! And thanks for the warm welcome, everyone! I was going to reply to this yesterday, but I was too tired to do so, being sick and all that. RKA, I chose Maelstrom because all of you had already taken the good names, which forces me to be original instead, dammit. =P Seriously, though, Maelstrom was something I've used for the longest time before, on my old, now abandoned OC. I liked the Maelstrom part, though, so I reused it in my new pony OC. I'm actually surprised no one asked me about my first name instead, to tell the truth. =P Once again, thanks for the welcome! Now maybe I'll take time to look at the other parts of the forums than idle around here. =P

Hi there! VM here. FS here linked me to this forum via e-mail some time ago, and I decided to join here just now. I'll make this brief, as I've catched a cold and had a severe nosebleed last night, so I'm feeling kinda unwell right now. Well then, were to start? I'm a skunk-striped unicorn who has a beat-equalizing horn. I refer to myself as genderless and don't want to refer to myself under any specific gender, although IRL I know what I am and refer to myself as my gender. My only character reference I have is this one drawn by FS. Which, I should mention, is also my bf, just so that's out of the way. Myself, I'm an aspiring artist... or at least that's what I want to become. I write stuff, mostly only poem/prose stuff because that's the only stuff I've actually managed to complete, and sometimes lyrics for songs I like. What I write is usually stuff involving deep emotions, such as sadness, lust, pain, stuff like that, and grimdark, since I'm utterly fascinated by dark, disturbing stuff like that. Don't worry, though! I'm a perfectly, mentally sane person, trust me! Art-wise, though, my biggest passion ever is music. More specifically, the electronic kind. Ever since I discovered it at the beginning of the year, my life has never been the same. I DO enjoy other kinds of music as well, so my biggest passion is music in general, though the electronic kind is my absolute favorite one. I'd love nothing better than to produce electronic music myself, but I kinda suck at being my own teacher, so I'm kind of stuck in limbo with that. Hopefully, though, that will change at some point. At school, I study to become an electrician/computer engineer. That's still what I want to become, but I also want to become more artistic and create art. Not sure how far that will go, but hopefully it'll work out in the end. Whew, did I say this would be brief? Forget that, even if I'm being sick I'm going to type loads, whether you like it or not! Kinda want to end with a punchline, but I've got nothing, so have some instead. I hope I'll have a real good time here with y'all!
