    I'm so mad right now my hands are shaking when I hold them still. Playing multiplayer games with useless teammates just drives me nuts! Maybe I have anger issues with video games or is it normal to get crazy mad over games like that?

      Well the problem is that when I get mad then I can't calm down properly so I can't relax very well. When I was working I spend hours lying in bed trying to get to sleep but I couldn't relax properly. Same thing if I get fed up from University work.

      I was planing on talking to University services once school starts up again since my Anxiety has been really bad for the past few months. I was doing good at managing it for the past few years but with all the stress from this year it's started to get out of hand again.
