Every pony has magic. A very select few, like Pinkie, have more unusual abilities with it.
Yup but apple jack didnt have any magic that returned to her at season8 so no magic "magic" on her....maybe tirek stole life force magic... The magic of talent? I dunno but theyre considered to have no magic earth ponies and pegasi. Based on season 8 that is.
Cheese sandwich, cant do discord like magic, Like pinkie can do though. I dunno but cheese is more tamed than pinkie, maybe because he only has 2 episodes focused on him.
