Sweet Palette

I've been a fan since 2012! I'm a fan artist, an RPer, I produced a popular audio play and participated in one blind reaction video, other than that I haven't been able to contribute as much as I would like to within the fandom due to a demanding job. Now I have all the free time in the world and have been using it to make up for lost time. I'd like to start contributing as much as I can if y'all will let me.

Detailed Personality

Sweet Palatte is a creative and shy pony. For as long as she could remember she wanted to be a professional artist and began painting as a filly. Though she is often shy, she allows her art to speak for her. Her unique pandaesque markings make her stand out to the point where she is sometimes referred to as "The Panda Pony."
Being a creative type, she tends to be overly sensitive at times. She struggles to accept simple critiques and often mistakes it for negative feedback. Her insecurities will result in her constant needs to be a people pleaser, which more than always leads her to feel overwhelmed and depressed in the end. All obstacles aside, she is a sweet and caring pony who will do whatever she can to make somepony feel loved and accepted.

Education

Sweet Palette's education is pretty basic. She attended Miss Cheerilee's class at Ponyville Elementary during her years as a filly and then eventually graduated to Ponyville High. Sadly she never got to attend college due to personal family business. By the time she was free to attend, it was too late. This has made reaching her goals and dreams much more of a challenge but she makes up for it as best as she can by taking art classes at Ponyville community college and sharpening her skills.

Detailed History
Sweet Palette started life out as happy foal. Her parents encouraged her creativity from the very beginning. As the years went by, and her talents became more and more apparent, She was able to earn her cutie mark by the time she was a filly. However this lead jelous classmates to tease and ridicule her, negatively effecting her self esteem into her adulthood.
Just after graduating High School, her mother fell ill and she would spend the next several years caring for her, while her father had his hooves full with running the family candle shop. In time, her mother eventually passed away and her father followed not long after, dying of a broken heat. Sweet Palette was left all alone. The shop was of course left to her, but she had no clue how to run a shop on her own. And so the sensible thing to do was to sell the shop and use the money, plus what little her parents left her to focus on what she DID know how to do and that was ART! She purchased a small live in studio where she went on to create and sell what work she could to support herself.

Assets / Bits / Property
Sweet Palette doesn't make much money, as she relies mainly on her artwork to bring in any income. She doesn't have much but even if a bill or two can't be paid on time, she at least manages to earn barely enough bits to keep a roof over her head. She resides in a small, modest studio where she can live and work.
