One guy banged a week ago, so i had time to find a replacement. The replacement kept saying he would show and didn't.

I'm having the last laugh. It's written into their contracts that banging in like this can result in the forfeit of their credits and/or reporting to the Writer's Guild if they are members. They are not in the WGA , but all parties involved have already spent some man hours working for me. They can kiss their credits in the series goodbye.

 I'm revising their deal memos tomorrow to make everything as clear as possible because I guarantee a real shoot would have terminated them immediately. If I had more than three friends/assets I would have fired them.

As in banging in. It just means call out. Comes from when your supervisor would bang the phone down in your ear after you call in so you could go screw someone. Which is a coincidence because that's why he called in.
