Well.... I don't really know what to say lol. Gamexplain has been reporting on a supposed "rumoured" Mario and Rayman Rabbids RPG for quite a while now. It sounded like an utterly awful idea. Actually seeing these images has left me with better first impressions than I first expected. I suppose we won't really know until we see a concrete gameplay trailer at a E3. You can spot a little gameplay screenie on the Nintendo Switch below; looks kinda like Super Mario 3D World.

The Last of Us was one of the most overrated games I have ever played. Awesome production values doesn't automatically make a game good; I wish reviewers would learn this -.-

The Last of Us

Graphics - 10/10 - Jaw droppingly beautiful. Like holy crap, best graphics I saw on any Ps3 game, period.

Sound (Music, Voice Acting, etc.) - 9.5/10 - Damn impressive. I cannot find any flaws here.

Narrative (Story, Characters, etc.) - 8/10 - Very good. I found most of the characters unlikeable and the story rather predictable, but I think (the former of which) was intentional. Still, alot of depth and effort put into this area.

Gameplay - 5/10 - UGH. Stealth, stealth, and more stealth. Deceivingly linear level design, boring shoot-outs, same damn shiv insta kill cutscenes over and over ad nauseum... bleh, not my style at all. I will admit that the weapon upgrades were fun to unlock and use, and the way the crosshair swayed back and forth made shootouts considerably more challenging, but that's about it :/ Everything else was either lackluster, or just by-the-numbers post apocalyptic shooter fare. 

I certainly wouldn't call it "the worst game I ever played" or anywhere even close, but it was still very disappointing after the insane levels of praise it received from pretty much every damn reviewer out there. Definitely not a 10/10. Maybe more like a 7/10 or a 7.5/10 at best

The first Equestria Girls movie was trash. I went back and watched it recently and it was just as inducive to face-palms as it was on my initial viewing.

Rainbow Rocks & The Friendship games were plain and simply BETTER than the first movie. Better writing, better comedy, better interactions between characters, better general characterizations, better animation, better musical numbers, better plotlines, pretty much everything was better.

Legend of the Everfree was just as bad as the first movie (if not worse) so I complained about it. I don't consider EQG to be "bad" overall, just had quite a few missteps. For example, I wouldn't consider Sonic games to be collectively "bad" just because half of the mainline games are subpar. It's those select few games "Sonic 1-3, CD, Adventure 2, and Unleashed" that have me coming back to the series to this day. I wouldn't call myself a "Sonic Fan" persay, but certainly not a Sonic Hater either. The same applies to Equestria Girls ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

I will say I am not particularly fond of the overall concept of the Equestria Girls films, but as long as the execution is good, I'm completely open to watching more of them

Exactly. Quality does not equate to financial success. It doesn't matter if the movie ends up being a 10/10 for me, that doesn't mean it's gonna make $$$  

Sing, Trolls, Boss Baby, among many, many other subpar films all had one thing in common; high budget CGI presentation. The MLP:FiM movie will have a much more "regressive" visual component in the mainstream moviegoers' collective eyes. Personally, I'd take polished 2D visuals over flashy 3D-CG any day of the week, but I am not in the majority here. (And yes, I am aware that the MLP:FiM movie is CGI, but it maintains a very "2D" art style.)

Even if the movie turns out really good, I doubt it will be much of a financial success. I would love to be pleasantly surprised though.

I'll admit I was a bit of a dick and I shouldn't have said you made a bad purchase. I sort of posted without thinking. I apologize for that. 

Anyways, I'm not trying to persuade you to ditch Xbox, was just giving food for thought. 

I like all platforms, and each has strengths and weaknesses. I am no fanboy. I like PC, I've owned a 360 and it was a great system, I like PlayStation, and I like Nintendo.
