Yeah, and I'm off. Well, I was off. I'll go back to work tomorrow, but ive had a nice two days off since then. o3o
-
Time to start my weekend, aww yeah.
-
The only thing I really got from that whole thing was "cars."
-
Shame, but I cant undo who I quote from, but basically this. It's kinda obvious with how you act, Ganny. Not that it's a bad thing and you should totally see about it fully instead of finding any given reason to put it off, but yeah. I'm not the best to say what is what, but from what Ive seen around through friends and a little insight, yeah, you do fit.
-
The only problem with that mindset is that usually once it starts affecting you, its too late to actually do much on it. By that point, you've to have a whole nother long drawn out process just to undo what its done, which could be prevented by actually taking action right away. Mind you, this coming from one that's merely rooting for the good end cause ive seen my fair share of this stuff, but ive not done anything cause I really, really, really, really hate politics and such and will avoid at all costs.

lol Are you sure that wherever you read that isn't just there to try and make them sound like they're in anyway justified? Cause, uh, you shouldn't just believe everything you see on the internet like that. If a company cannot provide a proper service to the people, then that's on them and they shouldn't be a company anymore. You don't just suddenly up and change how things works to fit your needs while screwing over so many more in the process. Plus, if that is even anywhat true then why hasn't that been said or spoken about until now? 2017 and we've had the internet around and growing for how long now? it wasn't a problem back then, but it suddenly is? Yeah, totally sounds legit. Also, yes, you can just choose a side because all you need to know is that something that's been free, given to you, and an extremely common tool used by literally everyone is suddenly about to be limited, cost some price just to start using again, or taken away totally. What more past that do you need to be on the sensible side?

That I can understand. Meanwhile, im still sitting on 40 tabs in two chromes and playing FFXIV. THis is kinda nice.
-
Are you sure about that? Mine isn't even that much of a beast, but i'm pretty sure just Photoshop won't even make it flinch. After Effects has a little trouble doing that, but it definitely does it. But, that's video rendering. And light rendering at that.
-
YEs, this is true.
-
THEy don't taste bad. BUt they defintitely don't taste good either. THey honestly kinda just dont have a taste and that's why I don't care for them at all.
-
I mean, it may be a good chuckle or something. Go for it if you want to.
-
I sorta intended that to be with the 30+ one at the top, but I just worded it weirdly by accident.
-
If you're above 30 at least: Congrats, yo! If you're under 30: Uh, well, as long as you're happy????I guess? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
-
If you use skype at all then that's not actually a good reason cause its literally the same thing. Really, its basically the same as any other IM service. Even Steam.
-
Im honestly more amazed there's this much talk over a semi truck of all things.
-
Unless they've taken away the option, you should be able to revert back to the old one as well. That's how I got away from one of the earlier changes and even still now it asks me if I want to try it out.

You're mighty redundant with a good bit of "rules" in here on things that should either be common sense or was already strictly told above. THat entire first one at the top isn't even needed and i feel like it'll just push people away almost instantly if they have to do something like that. It's a small thing to do, yes, but its just kind of the principle. If they ask for anything that doesnt comply, then you know they didn't read up or didn't read it well. Besides, what's keeping people from just saying they did anyhow? 0 is fine as is minus the very last line. You don't need to all caps/scream it to the heavens after you just said the same thing two seconds beforehand. If someone somehow manages to still do just that, then you ignore them. 1 is fine, but its more of a guideline for how you're going to work than really a rule, but hey. 2 is mostly fine minus a few things. Not wanting to do canon characters because you're not familiar with them, but..you're also not familiar with random people's ocs like that. What's the difference in the two and what's there to make the requester not just walk away if you cant (or wont) do unfamiliar things, which, you're asking to do with the thread. Its contradictory, really. Then, restating the "Rule" 0 isn't exactly needed either and is also a bit extra, but only in the way of like, saying something in a more convoluted way than needed. Even if its still redundant, you could just say to not ask to do anything outside of your style if you just have to have it there. In 3, taking longer isn't exactly a bad thing and shouldn't directly be looked down upon so long as you make it known that it *will* take longer than a normal one. THat being said, it IS ok to just not want to do more than one pony at a time because you don't want to. You should just say it like that though if that is the case rather than giving some alternative that isn't just the best reasoning. Again, you dont need to refer back to 0 in every single one of these. 4 could have just been thrown up there with 3, really and not a separate one. Which, now that I look at it, how are they to clarify them if they're also not supposed to ask about them being done? I know you didn't strictly say that they wouldn't get done if they had all of that, but still. It might be a bit confusing to read one thing and then see another two seconds later. 5 also hits that area of "not really a rule, but more a way of things". You could just state it and be fine without having to make it seem like there's some terrible punishment or something for not following what it says. Last line is also a bit unneeded cause it, again, just restates what's been said at least three times by this point. I, personally, would also just not have the very first bit of it being the only style you'll ever do cause its not exactly an important part to note.

That is...actually kind of a huge rule list for a request thread... I mean, a good bit of it is fine, but you've also got like, 4-5 things PER rule. That's basically 20 little things to do just to get a request done.
-
I mean, true. I wasnt directly saying it was ok. Fair. She used to be the most annoying one to me, so hey, i feel ya there. Shit. Oh well, at least you tried. Also, just do it, yo. Get ya parents to take ya. Its soooo great, especially for a first time.

That is literally the basis of the show though, so you should be used to it. Like, everyone shows their opposite side to show that they're only human too, but that its fine because no one is perfect. That said, RD is still objectively the worst of them all so fuck her. Also, in other news: I now have a friend who just came over to the pastel side. He watched the second documentary (which, I should do today if I can find it since I havent yet) and then ended up splurging the show a bit. We saw the movie yesterday and he actually took up my recommendation for going to BronyCon and grabbed a ticket, so we should def be going now. So that's cool, I guess.
-
Get out while you still can. Before anything starts getting lost.
-
While, that is true and very fair, its still something people should be able to differentiate between. Harmless speech or an actual attack. Just because someone said a word you dislike or one that's been used on you before to you doesn't mean they were saying it at you.
-
And I say people should just have something of a thick skin and not be so silly, but hey.
-
Basically that and the fact people just like to use words with different meanings for other words until they're forced to mean that as well. Like, I do remember hearing that so much in middle school that it just started to stick and next thing you know gay isn't even meaning anything related to homosexuality anymore. Not until you start using it literally, that is. Not so sure how much of an answer you'd get from Google, but hey.
-
Nah, I was using it as the usual way where everyone says "That's gay" to actually mean stupid, dumb, unfair, disliked, not cool, etc. Nothing to do with homosexuality at all. but no homo though bromo
