If you're going to use an official character for the base of an oc, don't half-flank it, at least make it so people can understand that you did make an originakl character but you didn't use too much of the base. Too many pokemon OCS just take the original character and just add hats to it.

@WiiGuy2014i can understand creative limitations, and if that's the reason why the effort is so minimal, then I can accept that. Personally, I can understand the lack of great art, but I can't make art at all, my friend.
I basically gave artistry the cold shoulder in favor of academics, and multiple times that has come back to bite me. I can't even make a better version of spirited dreams even if I tried.
So, like I said, I'm sorry. If the minimal effort is because of lack of art skills,then I understand.

I totally understand. I'm not offended nor am I trying to offend you; just want to make it clear to anyone reading this that if a person has little to no artist skills, that doesn't make said person pathetic, stupid, or worthless. There's always something that everyone is good at.
Look at me: I'm great at brainstorming ideas for fan fiction, (despite being a little too busy to officially publish any of my ideas) and I'm a walking encyclopedia on all Disney stuff.
