I think about half the site give their preference as "bi" on the appropriate threads, but I can see the value in not attracting bigots... they aren't appropriate to the spirit of the site, but I am betting there are a fair few anyhow

I'm not sure if I would get homophobic posts, but I stay on the safe side mostly, and not really mention genders!

And my boyfriend (is sadly banned from here, and is long distance from here) is really nice!

@Cypherhoof Yeah, I'd say that a majority of us on MLPF are part of the LGBT community,
but I don't want to deal with bigotts when I need advice about something, or just want to share some happiness that someone found someone that they want to be with in this trainwreck of a life
