      Oh, okay. You just seemed to with all the comments you made that I saw about her. And, I agree. Pinkie's my 3rd favorite of the Mane 6, actually, but sometimes I just can't stand her when she's on a sugar high.

    Getting a tad bit worried about Season 9 now. 

    Although I'm aware that https://www.thetoptens.com/ is not the most reputable source for pony analysis, when I searched up "Worst My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Episodes", three Season 9 titles were in the top 10. I've already stated my opinions on why some of our fandom may still be a little too harsh, but given how The Top Tens works, either way it's a threatening warning sign. 

    Basically, The Top Tens is a platform where anyone is allowed to vote on what, for example, they find to be the worst countries to live in, best rappers, etc. What's startling about this, however, is that it's not just one person's opinion. This could go either way; maybe a bunch of uneducated dimwits pressed around on their laptop, or fair, unbiased MLP analyzers really think that three S9 title already deserve spots in the Top 10s. I don't want to dive into the comments section because The Top Tens does not mute spoilers, but if anyone can tell me if the comments are accurate, too harsh, or nonsensical bullshit that be great. I'm always striding to avoid overhype!

      I'd guess it will be on Netflix after the season is over, that's what has happened before at least.

      It wasn't considered bad by most, but it wasn't as highly rated as the other two. And I agree, a fun episode but not necessarily a season highlight.

      Those 3 S9 episodes aren't even the worst S9 episodes, let alone worst episodes of the show. And seriously? Frenemies? Dark and Dawn? Both of those were great and much needed!

    Hello again! It's been a while, hasn't it? :twi:

    I'm guessing a lot has been going on with the pone community, and I will crawl back into this fandom after Season 9 airs on Netflix. (I'm guessing it will, right?) I just came back to announce that I've gotten a second spoiler after going on MLP Wiki out of curiosity, and it's that

    Scootaloo does, in fact, have living parents. 

    I honestly don't know how to feel about this, but given I don't exactly know the context, I'm refraining from jumping to conclusions about the spoiler. 

    As for the EG specials, I'm guessing the CYOA one won't be on Netflix, so I guess I'll binge them after Season 9.

      There's nothing in canon before S9, but Faust has said in interviews that Scoots isn't an orphan, but they hadn't set in stone her parents' characters in case they wanted to set a story around that.

      Faust obviously isn't in charge of the storylines any more, but those who are tend to treat her comments as canon anyhow.

    Don't know if that's a good thing, though. I'll probably be pretty inactive until S9 is released on Netflix.

    I got leaked on the new "Pony Life" art style/announcement.

    What do you guys think about it?

    Personally, I don't really like the new, cartoony look the creators are going for:  so many modern kids shows have exhausted this art style to death. I don't know if this was revealed, but I really hope the show will at most have it's episode run time at 11 mins judging my the perceived tone they're going for in the show. Something like Recess, maybe. It'll probably be tedious if they keep the same running time.

      I'm not sure yet what to think about the designs... I've seen a lot worse, but I still prefer the FIM art style. However, I'm very glad the Mane 6 will have the same voices! :)

    I just got done watching "The Ritual" on Netflix. Solid flick is your into scary films, like I am, but I thought it was kind of predictable and all around forgettable.

      In the US, they're on hiatus... but episode 14 was released in China last week (and apparently the next two are out now). :adorkable: So it might not take many weeks for the rest of the season to be out in at least one country.

      The recent RD special hasn't been well received, although its not terrible, just a bit "phoned in" - I am not sure "common ground" was really a Dashie episode, although she IS the focus pony for it; lots of continuity there though, which is nice.

      @Phosphor If you have Amazon Prime you can watch it there, and it's released in chunks on Dailymotion. I'm also pretty sure Letupita725HD has a playlist for it. 

      I'd recommend it, so if you have the time, go ahead and give it a watch! :-D

    Okay, so I have two things to address, both involving MLP:FiM S9.

    First off, I've already seen MANY spoilers for episode 200, as I should. And strangely enough a lot of the spoilers involve Spike? :confused:

     

    Also, since this is the last season of MLP and I want to give myself the best viewing experience possible, I've decided to wait until all the episodes are on Netflix (including Spring Breakdown) and binge watch them old fashioned style. 

    Will this  be excruciatingly difficult to dodge spoilers like bullets AND avoid the anticipation of the new episodes?  Yes. But this is the last season of MLP, and I'm hoping to make it memorable.

    On the one end, I'm super excited for G5 and all the possibilities it could have. But I really don't believe I'll find a show with this type of magical touch G4 had on me. Here's to hoping G5 lives up to expectations! :(:mlp_yeehaa:
