      May I ask what you do to clean it out? I always recommend cotton swabs, hydrogen peroxide, and distilled water (not mixed). Clean your ears with one liquid, then the other.

      Likewise, if you have allergies, consider taking some allergy medicine. Stuff like that is all connected.
