@Firefighter Equine All these facts are so new to me. In Ireland, we don’t even celebrate Thanksgiving!

@TomDaBombMLP There's not much to celebrate. You have a big meal with as much of your family and friends as possible, and you take a moment to reflect on what you're thankful for.
At least, that's the American way to celebrate it. There are other ways. Some might argue that Black Friday is a bigger event than Christmas. 
Thanksgiving is usually celebrated in the Fall. However for some people, Thanksgiving might be celebrated during an early Winter or during an extended Summer heat.
