When I was a kid, my dad always used to crush the noodles and never drain the water. We drank/ate the soup in a coffee mug. I continued doing this into adulthood until a friend told me I could actually not crush the noodles. It never occurred to me to not crush the noodles. I was also later told by another friend they drained all/most of the water. So now, I usually keep the noodles whole, cook slightly less than three minutes for best texture, drain most of the water, add seasoning, stir, then add garlic powder, minced onions and some pepper, then eat (and sometimes add an ice cube). I do this with all flavors.

Yes, they do have a 7 day free trial. It allows you to play eight characters up to level 23 in that time and you can decide if you like it. It does have restrictions, like no chat, trading, bank, trade broker, etc because it's mainly available to see if you like the game, story and combat. I would suggest trying it out to see if you like it.

Well, hello to you! We sometimes get groups from the Dragonfall server. We are currently on Blightwood, also a PvE server.

What server do you play on?

I choose almost any other soda over Coke, unless it's cream soda (eww). I prefer Pepsi, but mostly, I drink Diet Soda, because I think it tastes better. Whenever I go to a restaurant, it's almost always Diet. But, if someone offers Coke, I would ask for water instead.

As a hobby, I usually play MMO's with my husband. We run guilds on different games, some raiding, but we usually enjoy the story lines in the games. I enjoy reading. Some of my favorites are Harry Potter, Twilight (the books, really, not the movies so much), I've read some of the George R.R. Martin series starting with a Game of Thrones, Jane Austen and other classics, but I'm really open to all sorts of stuff. I used to write when I was in school, and have been thinking about doing it again. I suppose I'm not entirely stimulating to read about, but my hobbies are my own! lol

My favorite vacation spots would be Las Vegas (you don't even need to gamble if you just enjoy the city and all the attractions/lights). I would also recommend going to Mackinac Island in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It might be a little pricey to stay on the island, but you can always stay at a normal hotel in Mackinaw City, which is right on northern coast of the Lower Peninsula. Plenty of shops in each town, and the island doesn't allow for any motor vehicles, so you can ride bikes or horse carriages. Not to mention, homemade fudge shops and a beautful setting, it's a wonderful spot in the summer.

I would recommend the Drizzt books. The author is R.A. Salvatore. There are probably around 20 books in the series. The first set is the Ice Wind Dale triology. These might be more as the sad, dark, fantasy setting for you. The Hobbit is geared more toward children or a family type story book, but the actual Lord of the Rings books are darker, make you feel somewhat hopeless (perhaps lack of a better word, I'm not sure if this is what you want or not). I hope these work out for you and you find something you enjoy.

Tera may have a slightly different control and combat system than most MMO's, but you get used to it. If anyone has questions about this game, feel free to let us know. Thank you everypony!! I didn't get alerted to all the new posts even though I told it to tell me *sigh* Still plenty to learn. Thank you for all the tips about certain terms or things I should or should not look up. I'm not much a fan for very violent things, so I will stay away from the above mentioned topics. Otherwise, I'm pretty open. I will need to take a look around the site so I can see if anything interests me to post, or if I can actually comment on something. I will start from the first season and work my way through. The very first episode I watched was Twilight Sparkle being afraid she was going to be tardy and not turn in her weekly paper to Princess Celestia. I am told I need to introduce myself, so here it goes! I am new to the world of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I was told about this site, and this show, from a friend of mine online. He loves this show, and convinced me to give it a look. I already knew I would love it, so I have watched a few episodes. I watched the very first one (two, I suppose, since it was two parts) and I loved it! I still have much to learn and understand, but I'm hoping this community can help me. I'm hoping to learn more and make nice friends on here.
