  1. This is such an awesome song
  2. 1: I always drink scalding hot coffee. 2: I always drink it without sugar. Milk is optional.
  3. Being forced to get out of bed to turn my alarm clock off because the thing sounds like a million decibels first thing in the morning.
  4. If you wanna do it, then I reckon you should go for it. I did two years of Creative Media Production at college before this film course. It was kind of a mishmash of all sorts (print based as well as lens based media) but it was a huge amount of fun To be honest, I'm kinda surprised that I've even made it this far. Going out of secondary school, I didn't even think I'd get into college, let alone university. Thanks It was made over three days for a challenge. I was only allowed to use extreme close ups or extreme wide shots. The camera I used in that short was an entry level DSLR, although when I started out, I only had a compact camera. It doesn't matter too much what your image quality is like though; just don't assault someone's ears. Audio is more important than visuals. Just out of boredom, here's my equipment: Canon 700D, Zoom H4N, Benro S4 tripod and a spare cheapy tripod. Might be buying a little LED light panel soon. Now that you mention it, I remember that.
  5. I'm studying film. It's pretty awesome. Made my first proper short film earlier this year, and made another one a few weeks ago with a small group of friends. We decided afterwards to form a studio of sorts, which is the One Purple Orange thing in my signature :3
  6. *Pours a bucket of creepers on you* That's payback for jabbing my eye.
  7. I haven't had a paid job since I was 16. I'm almost 22... Also, I have a four day weekend cos I only have three days of uni classes this year. That extra time is meant for studying, but I spent it drinking tonight :3
  8. It should be fine. Lipomas aren't dangerous, but it has been a bit uncomfortable.
  9. So, I got out of the doctors place earlier to get a lump on my chest looked at. Doc said the lump is a lipoma; a benign fatty tumor. They booked me in for ultrasound scan in a few weeks just so they can be sure.
  10. The OS I use at the moment is Windows 8.1, and I swear I'm like the only person in the world that loves Win8. I was a bit skeptical about the start screen at first, cos all the stock images of it looked like a jumbly mess, but after spending some time customizing it, it's become my favorite thing. I spend far less time on that screen than I would have on the massive fiddly programs list. The only thing that I ever hated about Win7/8 was the huge taskbar with huge grouped icons thing... So I disabled that, and I use the old fashioned no group tiny icons way.
  11. Pink is my favorite, but that doesn't make it superior to blue.
  12. I actually installed Windows XP on an old computer last year, and the tabless IE was included. It holds so much nostalgia, but I can't stand it now. The only thing I miss about XP is the ability to have animated GIFs as wallpaper.
  13. The computers at my university use IE. Probably because it's easier to control on a mass scale. I wouldn't know though; I'm not a techy. Speaking of which, how the heck did I do internet stuff before tabs? That must've been boring.
  14. I used to only use Firefox... And then came the update that made it look like crap.
  15. I'm a UK guy, but I prefer color to colour. Or stabilize to stabilise. Just makes more sense to me.
  16. I'm aware of the accents on these words, but Chrome prefers it without.
  17. I'm currently being a cliche. I'm in a cafe with my laptop.
  18. Game developers really need to start putting in cheat codes again. If a boxing game had a bobble head mode, that'd be awesome. I think one of the best cheats ever is in Medal of Honor: Frontline. If you get bored of the standard military helmets, you can give people funny hats. Not just any old hats though; these guys will wear trucks, windmill blades, barrels, eggs...
  19. I'll probably wind up getting addicted to Tomb Raider at some point, cos I tend to go through phases with my gaming. Like earlier this year, I decided to play Runescape again even though I hadn't touched it since 2008. Same with racing or soccer games; I usually can't stand them, but if I'm bored I'll just shove one in the disc tray and play nothing but that for a few days. Call of Duty was one of those games where I kicked ass at, but my love for it sort of faded over time. It was great fun to play, but only with a group of friends that actually worked as a team.
  20. I have a feeling that it's at my brother's house, cos I remember giving my niece all my Harry Potter games (DAMMIT PAST JAY, YOU'RE SO STUPID). I probably won't bother chasing it up anyway; the PS2 can play PS1 games, and that's good enough for me. In terms of fave series-es: Metal Gear Solid, Kingdom Hearts, Tony Hawks Pro Skater (Only the first 4 games), and WWE. Tomb Raider is unfortunately one of those games where my brain just doesn't want it.
