Some asshat here obviously doesn't have apartment etiquette. Ey buddy! At 11 PM on a Sunday night don't have your TV cranked up to eleven! Believe it or not, people are trying to sleep!

My first apartment had terrible neighbors. I mean, the worst in the world. These guys partied more than it was possible. They broke time and partied 27 hours a day/9 days a week. At one point during Finals Week I broke and called the police on them. Because I don't remember setting an alarm at 3 am with the ringtone called "Vomiting drunk guy" before my exam.
