431896 I'm excited for the prospect of making more money. This would be a huge increase in my income if I get one of these jobs. It's huge to me. A life changing event. But if I don't get offers, then my boss knows I tried to leave, and that could make the environment kind of awkward.

431,894 Like, trying to get a job is an awkward place to be. Letting your boss know you're shopping around for other work sucks. And if you're not gainfully employed, then it sucks because you HAVE to find new work. I'm not going to put in any less effort if I leave my job. In fact, I'm going to work harder to make the transition for them as smooth as possible. But man. The whole process of scoring a job just kind of stinks. But c'est la vie

431831 So I've been thinking about replacing my phone for a while. But then I wiped it. It's almost lunchtime and I'm at 77%. Previously at this time of day I would be closer to 50%. Now I'm considering holding on to this phone another year or two if this keeps up. I must have had too many apps draining it. Yo I don't know much about rally or F1. American here. We watch NASCAR. That's it. I was just pulling the only name I could think of from my ass. (Don't worry, I think NASCAR is boring)

Also the release of the iPhone 8 and X at the same time is nothing more than a ploy to get people to pay more for what they already have and get them comfortable with the idea of paying $1,000 for a smartphone.
