      Mine isn't really ever in my throat, but I do get that horrible feeling where it feels like I have to vomit, but when I try to force myself to, I can't, so the feeling just stays there :(

       

      Although, I can usually pop some stomach pills, and that will lessen the pain enough to shove something down my throat and actually function for a few hours :/

      i know this feeling, when I'm over-stressed I get painful chest cramps. when I'm angry I feel like I'm going to spew. this feeling is quite irritating
