So, I get bored in school a lot. I also like doodling. Therefore art. Being in school, this is all just pencil in paper. No real intent other than to look cool. Also, sorry for bad picture quality. Update 2/23/13 Update 7/4/13

Noon laughed at Winter's drowsiness and set him down carefully. "Did you sleep well?" She asked, taking a loaf of bread out of her saddlebag on the ground and preparing a sandwich for breakfast. "Now where is that lettuce..." She mumbled, the unfinished food article levitating in front of her.

request shop I Need Practice.. Requests? :3
JeanHover replied to Budding Night's topic in Requestria
Noon is, is she not? I honestly don't mind what you so, as long as it's not just a regular standing position. Be as creative as possible! -
(OOC: Confirmation ^) Noon stood up, heard his babbling voice and turned around to see Winter laying on the ground in a new position, a pool of drool forming adjacent to his mouth. "C'mon Winter, the early bird gets the worm." She said, levitating the limp figure into an upright position with her magic.

Dis I like. Could you just do my OC Noon? Her link is in my signature; you can check out all her info and appearance there. Thanks! -
(OOC: I'm just gonna assume that I can start the next day now.) @ Noon awoke to an early morning sunrise, the blades of grass like a pillow against her head as she laid there with Winter. She stood up and stretched. "Rise and shine!" Noon said, giggling as she nudged the still-slumbering stallion. The sun was just peeking above the horizon, laying over the dull green plains a beautiful quilt of orange and red light.
-
OOC: You just badassed all over the place. Noon laughed at Winter's joke and hugged him tightly. "And Winter will always be my favorite season." She whispered, smiling and closing her eyes as every muscle in her body relaxed, not a care in the world. Sleep quickly consumed her, perfectly content.
-
Noon blushed and turned to kiss Winter on the cheek. "Thanks, so are you." She said, putting her hooves up to the fire. "The sky is beautiful tonight." Noon laid down and admired the infinite amount of stars painting the sky. "Don't you just love it? It's like the most amazing work of art ever." She said, her eyes darting from each unique figure to another.
-
Noon smiled as Winter hugged her. "It's fine, it's always good to talk about it anyways." She sat down by where he built the fire and entered her memory. "I was born and grew up in Manehatten. I lived a normal life, had a few friends." Noon gestured to her cutie mark. "I got this when I was 10, when I accidentally solved a huge robbery investigation there. I eventually left school, after which I moved to Canterlot." Her eyes began to appear with sorrow. "Life seemed good to me there, but nobody liked me. I would meet people, get to know them well, but when they found out about my special talent... They would leave me. I would work as a private eye and a consulting detective, making much money but never finding a friend." Noon blinked a few times and turned over to Winter. "But I don't think I have to worry about that anymore."

Known for being everything. You're a freaking existence singularity. If that makes sense.
-
Noon's eyes teared up at the statement. "I'm so sorry..." She wiped her eyes with a hoof. "That's horrible. Nopony should have to experience that." Noon barely noticed that the sun was gone from the sky and dusk was upon them. She sat down with the rest of the group and listened to Apple Doom. Noon turned her head to the group leader. "Shouldn't we stop for the night?" She grabbed a jacket out of her saddlebag and put it on.

The pain thread (aka ways you've hurt yourself)
JeanHover replied to Gone for good's topic in General Discussion
Once I got my middle finger squished in a door when I was with a bunch of little kids. Hurt like hell for about an hour, even with a mountain of ice almost freezing it off. -
ooc Do we deserve romance?(reboot)
JeanHover replied to Rainbow Dash's topic in Everfree Planning, OOC & Discussion
@ Do you think that when we reach the town at the end of the plains we could have some crazy plot twist like it being completely deserted? That would be pretty cool and would also be nice if we ever wanted to reboot the Roleplay after it dies down. -
Noon smiled and laughed at Aurea's words. "You shouldn't be." She said, gesturing behind her head to Apple Doom. "Anyways, nice to meet you Aurea. Sorry about that." Noon then put her map back into her saddlebag and trotted over to Winter. @ "Apple Doom says that after a few nights we will arrive at a town on the other side of the plains." She said to Winter, checking the position of the sun. "So what's your story, anyways?" Noon lowered her head to him, wanting to get to know him better.
-
Noon heard a pony's mocking voice and slowly turned her head the the mare next to her with a fake look of joy on her face. "I'm sorry, have we met? I'm Noon, I'll have you know that I indeed have "shuckled up" quite well." She held out a hoof to the pony and telepathically spoke to her. Watch what you say around a pony that can lip read.

Revising a cutie mark, please help.
JeanHover replied to Hottspinner's topic in Original Character Help
This sounds suspiciously like a Mary Sue.. I'd suggest that you just change your OC's personality. Their honestly has to be something you're really good at. If you want, you could just make her a blank flank. It would fit, considering she is your ponysona... -
So I just recently got into animating using flash, and by just recently I mean like a week ago. All I can make is a ridiculously simple stick figure flip-book type animation, like the one below. My question to MLPforums is, do any of you use Flash? If so, are there any tools or tricks for a beginner to make better animations?

Noon winced as Winter unwrapped the bandage. "Yeah, it wasn't that bad to begin with anyways." She trotted up to where Apple Doom was. @, "So," She said to the stallion. "are we headed anywhere in particular right now?" Noon levitated her map from her saddlebag and examined it.
-
Noon looked over to where the rest of the group was walking. She gazed at Winter's hoof for a few moments before producing a playful reply. "Betcha can't beat me there!" At that Noon dashed off towards the group, laughing and thinking about everything that had happened in the last few minutes.
-
The moment, though seemingly endless, came to an inevitable halt as the kiss broke. Noon's happiness turned into a smile, which turned into laughter. She looked into Winter's blue eyes and spoke in a loud whisper. "Winter..." Noon's cheeks turned pink. "I love you."
-
Noon went red when Winter pecked her on the cheek, stopping and thinking before giving a smug reply. "It tells me that you're a terrible kisser." At that she lifted up her hoof, pulling his head towards her and letting the space between their lips disappear. The moment seemed to last forever, a feeling she had never experienced wrapping her up tightly.
-
Noon looked at her cutie mark. "Actually, I got that because of how observant I am." She turned back to Winter. "I can find out many things about a pony simply by looking at them. Clues in what they wear, their cutie mark, their face and many other aspects of them can tell me about what kinda pony they are." Noon gestured towards the pony they called Chetnik. "You see him?" She whispered. "I can tell by his belongings and stature that he is hardened, a pony who has experienced many battles. His eyes and the way he walks suggests a usually locked up personality, though is opened up by the pony next to him, Hunter." Noon pointed to the mare he walked with. "The decreasing distance between them suggests mutual attraction. She frequently goes red whilst speaking with him, as does he occasionally. She is obviously impressed by his strength and toughness, however too obviously. This implies that she has never been in love, or at least not like this. Her eyes are clearly not in need of glasses, so she must wear them to look good, as with her mane. Her advanced fashion sense suggests an outgoing pony, possibly a party animal." Noon looked back at Winter and giggled at his wide eyes. "But yeah, puzzles are fun."
-
Noon turned her attention towards Winter. "I honestly don't know, I've never been camping anyways. It's exciting!" She glanced at his cutie mark. "So, are you a fan of snow? Happens a lot in Canterlot." Noon reminisced about winters in her home town, streets piled high with frozen rain and children having snowball fights.
-
@ Noon noticed the others beginning to walk, so she levitated her sleeping bag into her saddlebag and beckoned Winter to join her. "It looks like we better go join the group." She galloped up to the rest of the group and made a few observations. Two coupled were slowly forming among the rest of the group, clear based on the spacing of ponies. One nervous stallion, two excited mares and one hardy stallion with an attraction barely visible. Well, Noon thought in her mischievous little brain, it looks like pretty soon we will be romancing the plains.
-
Time seemed to slow as Winter tended to Noon's hoof, his eyes skillfully focused and his mane perfectly falling over his neck. Noon felt something she had never felt before, butterflies inside her fluttering from place to place in a wonderful dance. Winter's soft voice snapped Noon back to reality. "Yeah, let's..." Her eyes stared into space in thought for a second. "Let's eat."
