    Anxiety and depression are hitting me extremely hard tonight. It's one of those feelings where you feel like you are lost in endless darkness and you don't know where to go. It feels pretty hopeless I have to say.

      That's where having both anxiety and depression really hurts because for me they both fuel each other. Tonight has been constant in that regard. I am trying to combat it by playing some games, watching videos, snacking, that kind of stuff. Anxiety never truly goes away though. It is just held off only for a short while.
