I have said this before, but Call of Duty WW2 is going to be the same greed-infused trash that the series has been for years. Just in WW2. I cannot understand how people are already falling for this game. Activision is probably giddy with glee. Looking forward to hearing about supply drops and countless server problems and balance issues.
I know people are saying 'But it is going back to the roots of the franchise!' And what did Modern Warfare Remastered do? Technically went back to the roots in terms of gameplay, and it was garbage. It was shit. WW2 will be no different.

That is a good question. I will say this, I really liked Call of Duty 2, though it hasn't aged well. And in terms of one I actually loved, it was Black Ops 2, but even that game has all sorts of problems and now the series is in a never ending cycle of greed that gets worse with each passing year.
Did you know that for Modern Warfare Remastered, Activision is releasing a map pack that came out for the original game, and they are charging MORE for it now than it was originally? Yes, a map pack for a REMASTER.
Everyone is going on about how this scenery change will fix this series. It won't. Activision is the cancer that is plaguing the franchise and they will make sure to milk it and exploit it for all its worth. They don't care about a good product, they just want to maximize profit under all circumstances, product be damned.
