      I just want people to enjoy what they enjoy. Gaming is about enjoyment, nothing more. There needs to be harmony, peace, chilled out vibes ya know? 70's style.

      I really don't understand it either. The gaming community is one of the most childish communities I have ever seen. The concept of "I enjoy this, you enjoy that, and there's nothing wrong with that" doesn't seem to even occur to gamers, even though gaming is nothing more than a silly hobby and for the most part people's preferences for games don't tend to effect others. At least not in the way that console wars and PC elitists are even remotely justified. If anything the issues with directions of developers happen within these fandoms and not because other people are fan of other platforms.

      And at the height of this childish attitude are PC gamers. I love the modding aspect of PC gaming, but I am completely turned off by PC gamers because they can't go even five seconds without saying "PC gaming is objectively superior" every chance they can get. They're practically religious about it, not being able to understand that other people have preferences and that it is not harming them.

      I know, I know "not all PC gamers". But guess what? What I mentioned above happens all over the place. Can't even go into a topic asking whether you prefer PS4 or Xbox One without running into this.
