    I'll reconsider Sea of Thieves after they update it several times. It has a good basis and all, but it also has so many problems and a huge lack of content. Last night it frustrated me so much that I canceled my Game Pass and got a refund.

      Nowadays I don't buy games right away unless I desperately want them. I more frequently see enough potential but don't want to sink my money in unless I get my worth back. Which might explain why I don't play enough games throughout the year.

      Sea of Thieves is an interesting case. It is available on Xbox Game Pass, so for only $10 you can play it for an entire month and beyond if you keep the subscription. However my experience with the game was so irritating that I outright canceled game pass. I love its concept and visuals, but a game needs more than that to succeed.

      I'd still be reluctant for the UK equivalent of $10... I don't like the idea of paying for partial access to any game. Its either get it all or nothing at all, which makes my picky nature on a lot of media things more than justified.

      Exactly, style over substance won't win.
