I was verbally torn into by a woman "who worked for the bank" when I wouldn't give her personal information regarding another customer when she couldn't produce verification that said customer had given her permission to request this on his behalf. When I asked her if she would do the same if I just showed up at her bank (which I highly doubt she actually worked given how unprofessional she was) she called me an idiot and threatened to have me fired. Luckily my boss isn't...
