searching The Creed. 1914-1924

A war is brewing in europe, a conflict that will engulf the world in tragic bloodshed, and two groups are fighting to save the world from itself, or push it further into the abyss.

 

One group strives to bring the world towards a future filled with death and war, they hope to bring about the worst in people and fill their pockets at the same time, they are the Templars

 

The other group is the one bright light still left shining in the darkness, the last hope for a peaceful resolution to the worlds trouble they are our guardians, they are the Assassins.

 

Newly initiated Assassin Connor Corrigan has been assigned to the city of london, his job is to integrate himself with the locals and make contacts, and also to try and find out if the templars have anybody stationed there, and if they are, what their plans might be.

 

He has been given permission from the elders to recruit new members if the need arises, he has also been granted full asses to any funds or resources he our any of the new recruits might need, within reason of course.

 

Now Connor walks the streets of london, keeping an eye open for new recruits and for the templars, he however knows nothing of the plans the templars have put into motion.

 

This will be set during World war one, but will start just a little before the war broke out, I will be playing Connor, the Assassin in charge of the London Assassins, and Connor will be looking for new recruits to join the Creed, Connor is new to the role of leader, so he is more open to ideas and opinions from his Assassins, as long as they don't break any of the Creeds tenants.

There are four slots for Assassins, the leader, that's me. Then there is the other three positions, all of which are the same, just Basic Assassins, you will be able to increase in rank as you do stuff in the rp, obviously if Connor likes you more than the others your more likely to be promoted, and you can be dropped from the Brotherhood if you break any of the tenants.

Seriously, if this is going to be focused in Europe, we can't just have Englishmen. Chances are, Austrians, Hungarians, and Serbians are the focus.

 

We should also have Turks, Germans, French, and some lesser ethnic groups such as Armenians, Polish, Russians, Bulgarians, Romanians, etc.

 

The assassination of Franz Ferdinand could be a plot set up by the Serbian and Austria-Hungarian Templars, who sent the Black Hand to do their job at a time when Europe was getting tense. Maybe on a twist of events in 1917, the Russian ASSASSINS instigated the Bolshevik Revolution and was responsible for the death of Czar Nicholas II, who was being led off by the Templars. The Zimmerman Address to Mexico that was "intercepted" by the US could also be the work of the Templars.

It starting in London.

London has many Englishmen. Because, you know, it's kind of in England.

I doubt people who make up/made up ethnic minorities are going to play a big role in the Templars in London. That's down to basic chance. When you've got 99 Englishmen and 1 Serb, how likely is it that one Serb is part of either faction?

Yeah, but if it's WWI, you can expect a lot of ethnic groups (with their own fair share of Assassins and Templars) getting involved. Africans too, if we're including North Africa.

I have no doubt that perhaps both factions might go to other places in Europe to start or foil thesr plans, however the rp starts in London, so you can expect most, if not all of the characters will be English. Or at least British.
