request Design my OC

So yeah, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to draw a OC for me.

Since I have no artistic talent at all, I decided to try.
 

Anyway, if you accept to do it, here are some things I'd like for her to look like:

1) White coat

2) Earth Pony

3) Laid-back mane/tail
